So soft!
This is the softest material EVER!! It makes wearing a knee brace more tolerable. Well done DonJoy.

Very soft and helps with rubbing against the skin
Works great for my daughter knee brace for wicking the sweat away and not making the brace become all nasty from working out. It did take some getting used to because it made the brace slip a little but after tightening the brace and making adjustments it feels great on

Good, not great.
I've been using it for a few weeks now and it is holding up as expected. I bought it because I was getting awful chafing burns from my brace, and it works perfectly to prevent that. The only problem is that instead of my skin absorbing the friction with my brace, the material is (as it is meant to), so it's starting to wear on the points of contact. This might cause me to retire it sooner then I'd hope. It's very soft, comfortable, and breathable. It fits pretty snugly at the moment, but it might loosen over time; I will have to wait and see. Overall I am happy with it, and I recommend it if you are buying it for the same or similar reasons I bought it: to prevent chafing from a knee brace.

It's horrible
Terrible, just terrible. I measured perfectly (17" mid-thigh) and right out of the box absolutely no resiliency/elasticity. Fits like a wet T-shirt with immediate creasing and folds with no adherence to my leg. Drops down within minutes so the thigh portion of the brace has no contact with the "sock".

Living in it post knee surgery under brace protection
5’9, 160lb, F. Purchased the day after I had a partial meniscectomy, my acl graft removed and a bone graft transplanted into my tibial tunnel. Needless to say I was swollen and miserable and the hospital wrap and dressing already driving me up the wall. This sleeve runs warmer, but I’m perfectly fine with that, it gives a perfect compression and comfort and thickness to protect the incisions and skin from ice and from the pressure of the knee brace. It slides on super nice and easy and wasn’t painful pulling it on post surgery. I’ve now been living in it for 6 days and it makes showering and putting the brace back on after a shower much simpler and I feel much more comfortable. This hasn’t stretched or begun to sag yet, even after 6 days with fluctuating knee/leg swelling: I highly recommend to have for post op when you’re able to change dressings, so much more manageable than an ace bandage (I don’t claim this is a replacement for compression needs that an ace wrap can give) but certainly much better in a sense that it’s not unwrapping.

Works pretty well as far as holding the brace in place ...
Works pretty well as far as holding the brace in place and keeping straps from rubbing on your bare skin. Did get a hole in the seam the first time I pulled it up tough.

Fits super well!
Feels like it’s almost made out a legging material (ignore the cat hair in photo) Fits really nicely over my leg. I’m 5’7” 135, got a medium! I use it to help with my acl recovery. Fits the brace really well. I don’t sweat and it doesn’t get stuck. No silicone or rubber on it which is super great. Had some issues with shipment but Amazon was on it!

Soft and huggable
My Comfort Sleeve started to tatter after much use. I dreaded having to search to find a replacement. After investigating an exact replacement, I discovered this sleeve on Amazon by DonJoy. They are big manufacturers of brace hardware. I figured "what the heck" I'll try it. It turned out to work fine. I use it as the photograph implies. One downside: the turned down portion of the sleeve at the top tends to work it's way off since it is not as elastic as my Comfort sleeve. On the flip-side, it does not compress my leg as much either. Now I just have to see how long it lasts.
