Overall, I love this book. It is so beautifully designed and well-written, even for a beginner like me. It covers so many different topics like meditations, spells, altars, etc. all while relating back to self-care. I find the tips in here very useful and versatile. Before I bought this book, I saw some people complaining that it came damaged so I knew what to expect. Luckily there is only one small cut in the back of the binding as you can see in the 2nd pic. This is not an issue to me and does not deserve a bad review for this reason. The box it came in was pretty thin and a bit bumped on the edges, so I am assuming the delivery drivers tossed it around too rough. It is no big deal to me, but it might be to others so I wanted to share.
