I prefer the power of a plug in, battery leaf blowers putter out to quickly. I live in a condo and wanted something more compact to clear my little yard and back deck. This works incredibly well. I am sure it will be a great snow blower too!

I bought this to blow off my back deck every day since I don’t like to sweep. My older one broke. This one is very powerful not too heavy and works great for what I needed.

Plus:- Les power 9A vs 12 A-1 Amp but better performance. Less weight of 10 gage wire vs 12-14 gage heavier expensive extension cords.- Less weight, less bulk.- Less cost upfront and ongoing. Better work than bigger, higher Amp models.Basic workforce for a large house for fast cleaning or roof, yard, garden, driveway, garage, patios.Minus:-Blows dirt in eyes, nose, ear, mouth. Bad. Protective cloth on face for those.- Brooms are still needed for various reasons - no power, ext cord or blower blows, blower blows light weight items, ..

I don't know why anyone would want a more powerful leaf blower. When this thing runs it literally pushes my arm back and have to push against it. That's on the low setting. Not too heavy and runs forever on just about any outdoor extension cord (16 gauge or better) because it's 9 amps. Blew the friggin pillows off our outdoor furniture lol :-)

This Black and Decker blower rocks. Wear hearing protection as it is loud on high speed. I have battery powered blowers and they cannot come close to working as well as even the low speed of this corded blower.
