This was much larger and sturdier than I had anticipated. I am 50 and in fairly decent shape and this will still be an asset to my workout. It provides a good workout and the app is easy to pair via bluetooth. I like that you can control the range of motion and that it does not pivot like other machines. Your feet stay flat like if you were truly walking stairs. It did take a little getting used to so you'll want to hold onto something at first but once you get going its not a problem because like I said the unit is very sturdy. I paired it with resistance bands/bar for a full workout. They easily strap to the back legs of the unit. For the money, this is a great machine.

I've been looking for a compact stepper that I can place by my desk in order to get some exercise throughout the day instead of just sitting all day. It needed to be small (of which there are plenty to choose from), but I also wanted one that keeps your feet flat, so as to not over extend my Achilles tendons when fully extended. Every other stepper that I have looked at does exactly that: it hyper extends your tendons when your foot is at it's lowest position. This is the ONLY compact stepper that I could find that keeps your feet level, as they would be if actually climbing physical steps!I ordered it, and it arrived right on time. I was surprised by the weight of the box (38 pounds!), as I hadn't looked at the shipping weight when ordering. Needless to say, this thing is a micro beast. Extremely solid build, it is well made and should last for years. Almost every part of this thing is solid steel, with the few exceptions being the plastic foot rests (mounted firmly on top of solid steel platforms for support), the rubber feet to hold it in place, and the plastic computer/display that shows your steps, calories, time, etc.I have used it for about a week now, and can say that I am extremely pleased with the unit. It definitely gives you a workout. My only complaint with the unit is that without any bars to hold on to, it can be a little difficult at times to keep your balance. I highly recommend placing it close to a wall/desk/table, something that you can hold on to while using it to help ensure that you don't fall off! I know, it sounds silly, and I have gained stability on it with use/practice, but it is still worth noting. This is not really a fault of the unit, as none of the compact steppers have handle bars, but something you should be aware of. If you have balance problems already, (I do not), then you should definitely plan on a unit with bars to hold on to, or on placing this one next to something sturdy for support.Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and highly recommend this Exerpeutic Mini Stepper for anyone looking for a good quality compact stepper. Well worth the money.

Very easy to link with MyFitness App and use. However, with me being rather short it is not so easy on my knees. It seems to be setup for a longer stride for taller people. I am hoping I can adjust that but have not figured out how to do so yet.

Unit is solid and stable, mostly steel. Heavy-duty construction.Unique to their design is keeping your foot flat throughout the stepping motion. This is more like real stair climbing and easier to keep your balance. The adjustable step height makes it easy to vary workout intensity. Max height is almost like climbing two stairs at a time like I did where I used to work.Motion is smooth and the unit it very quiet.Like the monitor. Like the idea of tracking my progress with the MyCloudFitness app.

Broke within 15 minutes of usage (the tension is off on one of the pedals). I would stay far away...it is a pain to return or get a refund. Piece of junk

This is an awesome workout stepper when watching TV, working on laptop, when you're just bored and feeling like moving your body. I sit hours and hours every day as I work on PC alot and I was always feeling guilty for not working out at all. Now while I work, I can work out at the same time. This stepper is heavier than I expected but it is so stable. Pedals are very comfortable, no slipping. I gave alot of thoughts before I purchased it as it is more expensive than other typical steppers, but I am very happy that I bought it. Definitely worth the price.

Well built with smooth action. No resistance bands but that is easily remedied. I really like both that my feet stay level and that there is no rear ridge so I can half step on the pedals should I so wish. 10" max step height is more than enough and completely adjustable. Mine did come missing a small part.. one of the pads was missing, but the seller responded to me immediately.

Love the stepping action of this machine however after only a couple weeks of use (30 minute workouts 3 times a week) the air cylinder popped in the middle of the workout and began leaking fluid (see photo). Have contacted amazon and they are sending a replacement item. I hope this was just a fluke...

Hi, wir beide ( M. 100 KG u. W. 75 KG ) verwenden den Mini Stepper. Sind überrascht wir das Gerätgut funktioniert. Auf und Ab Bewegung fordert einen wirklich und man kommt richtig in Schwung.Verarbeitung ist prima. Geräuschentwicklung der Dämpfer in Ordnung. Die Trainingsseile sind nicht sounser Ding. Gerät schon öfters benutzt, bis jetzt ohne Probleme. Vorteil, der Mini Stepper brauchtwenig Platz und man kann ganz gut Powern. Preis/Leistung völlig in Ordnung.

Mi e' piaciuta soprattutto la funzionalita' del prodotto che presenta una buona escursione per il movimento delle gambe.

The elastic cords are useless to me and the way they pull on the joints is not healthy. But with that said, I'm so happy I invested money in this. In 10 min it feels like I've been running for an hour. Much quicker results than other cardio.

Les butées métalliques fournies ne sont donc pas indispensablesJ'ai collé deux petit blocs de mousse pour éviter le choc en descente, les caoutchoucs prévus étant trop durs.
