OMGGGGG when I tell you this is my NEW FAVORITE PAIN RELIVER ! I really feel it is excellent quality very effective easy to use cold ( in the freezer) or normal. I roll it on my shoulder area where it is pain helps immensely small size I care it in my bag definitely get you one !

I have been wanting the name brand version of this roller, but didn’t want to spend quite so much. To my surprise, this item was very sturdy and easy to use. Definitely gives relief to sore muscles, it feels so nice after a workout. I keep mine in the freezer. I plan on buying another one as a gift.

Simple massage tool. The ball rolls easily. The ability to heat and cool is a plus. It fits in either hand without awkward positioning. It doesn't require a user's manual and self explanatory. No attachments needed but effective. You can apply as much pressure as you want to get a deep massage and it works without the need to charge. Portable and easy to clean. It is sturdy even though the handle is plastic; it is solid and not flimsy. It's quiet and can be used any and everywhere. It finds the sore spots but feels good after use. I would recommend just for its effective simplicity.

Work okay, it could be longer to reach your back. Maybe if you have someone else to help you it would work.

This is a great inexpensive way to work out knots yourself. I get knots in the same spot in my shoulder blade area and wanted to do it myself and it’s great that I can reach the spot because of the handle. After the first time using it I had so much relief from the painful tension and knots in my upper back. I slept better and woke up feeling so much better than the day before. I would definitely recommend this.

I purchased this because I suffer from an Achilles tendonitis. I place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. The roller is excellent in massaging my sore tendons and muscles. It remains cold for several hours as well. I sometimes massage until it becomes room temperature. Due to neuropathy in my hands, the handle is not ideal for me. Otherwise it is a great tool and does what it is intended for.

I use this every night. It works great on sore feet, legs, ankles etc. Easy to use, comfortable for either hand.
