It's a big jug. You have to follow the directions without fail. I dank it and the required water, and took the capsule in the mandated time. It took a little while for it work but once it did, I was flushing like mad. I did have to drop a stool about 45 minutes after drinking the elixir but i didn't have the runs or the cramping other experienced. I started 2 hours before the test. Passed without issue. If you need a flush, this stuff is gold.

Did not work, was already detoxing 4 days prior, followed instructions to a “T” and was in the 3-4 hour window and did not work. Waste of money.

There are plenty of other reviews and guides online to help you with passing the test. All I can say is that it worked great for me.

Recently moved from a legal state to a non legal one and had to detox for our new jobs. My wife and I both took the Mega Clean NT and both of us passed our drug screening perfectly. I stopped smoking 4 days before my test and my wife stopped 5 days before. Things to consider: You will need some THC drug test strips, pretty cheap on Amazon as well. Make sure to chill the drink in the fridge before drinking..will taste much better. On the day of your test, drink the whole drink as quickly as you are able to, took me about 30 minutes. After the drink is finished, take the pill and fill up the bottle with water and drink that FULLY. Everytime you go to the restroom make sure to test your urine with the test strips. Once you get two strips indicating negative results then head to the Lab to get the official test. Don't hesitate to got to the Lab as you'll need to go to go to the restroom again pretty soon and you dont want to pee yourself waiting to get your test done. Pretty straight forward! Good luck.

Im a regular weed smoker, I have my weed pen that I puff on multiple times a day. On average I smoke a one gram cartridge about every 10-14 days. I recently was offered a job, but came with the stipulation that a background check and a drug screen would be required. -Stopped smoking roughly 62-63 hours before my test -Used Canna Field Detox Pills approximately 48 hours before the test (taking 1 approx every 4 hours) -Bought some at home test kits - Found the best deal at Target for THC testers (15 pack $13, super easy to use (You'll just need a cup to pee in) -Drank the whole bottle of Detoxify Mega NT, took the blue pill, refilled the container with water then drank that. (It's not the worst tasting but it's not great either, and it's a lot to take down, took me about 15/20 minutes to drink as my gag reflex would not allow me to chug it down any faster.) -Soon as I had to pee I tested it with the dip tests - As expected positive for THC -The next 4 tests were still reading as positive as well, the last test being about 2-2.5 hours after drinking -At the 3 hour mark I got very faint I mean very faint negative test -Took another 2-3 tests, that again were negative but very very faint until at about the 3 1/2 hour mark I got one that was slightly darker and I mean slightly but is was enough to convince me that it was time to head down to the lab and give the sample -At approx the 4 hour mark I gave my sample to the lab -Took me about 15 minutes to get home, I had to pee again so wanted to see what the test would look like and I got my most vibrant negative test yet. Still not great but a much more convincing negative test. -Took another test about an hour after that one and both came back negative but color on the negative line was not as bright as the one prior to these so I really think I hit the best window for the lab test. Unfortunately will not have the results back until next week. (I will be following up with official lab results) During the first 24 hours I drank nothing but water and had a couple small meals that day. My appetite is normal when I smoke and non-existent when I dont. The next 24 hours I drank water and 64oz of Cranberry Juice, as well as water and a Celsius energy drink. Ate a small and I mean small chicken wrap and an orange and that was it for the day. Day of the test - Mega Clean, Water, Celsius and a glass of apple juice. Im 5'8" tall and weigh approx 145 lbs In conclusion, seeing the at home results proves that the product does work but if youre a habitual smoker and time is not on your side there is still the chance you will fail the test. I was lucky enough to have a 9AM to 2PM window to drive down to the clinic and have this testing done. My goal initially was to be there at 9AM but it took me a lot longer to drink it all than I thought it would and I wasnt going to head down there until I was most confident Id get the desired result. Really things didnt start clearing up from me until 3+ hours after I finished drinking the product and the water refill. My advice is do not strictly rely on this drink to pass. Obviously the more days you can give yourself the better. I should have stopped as soon as I heard I was going to be tested but wanted to get those last puffs in. Fingers crossed my lab results come back negative next week. Research - Since the ingredients in the product are natural, they cannot be detected during drug tests. So, you need not worry about detection. (Read this online take it with a grain of salt) Best Results - online states 2-5 hours after drinking, for me it was 3-4 hours after drinking Mega Cleanse

I have bought 3 or 4 of these and it passes panel and lab test. Same day fix, I don’t know but 4 to 3 days out from the test, drink a 64oz cranberry on day 1, drink this detoxify exacting word for word or it could fail. Do exactly what it says. Per 4 times or more. The more the better. Your cleaning yourself out. Just have a big water day. Drink 64oz that day. More if you need to be sure. Day 3 drink the sht out of apple juice and take Vitamin B12 so it not too deltoid. Perfect passing pee pee. If you have a schedule test day always stop early and clean your sht out and when you pass, on your way out the door spin around with gun fingers pointing back at the testing employees and wink because to beat there test and now your headed out for your reward to twist up a dream and get tail.

Buddy said if you have a colonoscopy coming up that this will work 🤣. As far as cleaning he doesn’t know if it helped or not the test got rescheduled.

If you smoke extremely minimal amounts this may dilute your pee enough for a pass, but for a frequent user, don’t waste your money. After almost 2 weeks of drinking insane amounts of water, taking activated charcoal, and working out far more frequently than usual. I picked up this, and the pre-cleanse pills. Followed the instructions to a T over the last few days, and was still testing positive with 0 change on my home tests. All this product will get you is an upset stomach, and a fail. Buyers beware.
