Older printer
I have a printer for the house that is about 4 years old, and it is impossible to find ink cartridges in stores, not even the store where it was purchased. No one wants to carry ink that is for a printer that they are not currently selling, not even Walmart or Best Buy. Luckily the manfacturer, and Amazon, still leads me to where I can get them. Printer is in good shape and does not need replacing, so having to hunt for ink is the main challenge.

The price is great, but we did have to work out the delivery problem.
Lexmark ink is expensive at my local K-Mart and Wal Mart. Even with the postage, I save significantly by ordering these products online. The initial delivery was slow, however, after contacting the seller, the situation was quickly resolved and I obtained discounts on my next two purhases. I now have the color cartridge in my printer and it is working well. I did use a non Lexmark cartridge for the black ink, which works very well, however, he Lexmark program is set up to not monitor ink usage with this cartridge. Since I obtained the non-Lexmark cartridge for only $14.00, from Amazon, which is a saving of at least $10.00 at my local stores, the postage cost puts it at a great big saving for me.

Fast Delivery of Lexmark 28-29
Dear Sir,I was positively surprised to have received the merchandise very fast. The representative asked me about shipping this ink cartridge to an APO. I briefly explained that shipping the merchandise to an APO is the same as shipping it to anyplace in the US. As a result of this clarification and fast action on part of the represantive, the lexmark ink cartridge arrived at my APO box in no time. I thank the rep for taking a quick action. I would buy again from this merchant.

have had a Lexmark for years, and the cartridges are just fight for it., they arrived in good shape, looked for the returnenvelope in box for lexmakr , guess they dont pack them any more... but can drop them off at a receiver. when the weathere is bad , having them shiped is great

One didn't work
The black (28) didn't work in my printer. Kept telling me to do an alignment, I skipped it, then out of no where it was telling me that it was an incorrect cartridge. I had to go buy one from the store, the exact same brand and number (28), and it worked. You are better off getting one from a store that you walk into so you don't waste your time waiting around for a shipment that may not work properly.
