You leave it out for the crickets so there shouldn’t be a problem🙂 **Q: Can you feed this to isopods?** A: It is safe for them, yes. **Q: I need to provide water source for mealworms;they already have a gutload diet. Will this work well? Will it mold up? Do cubes last a week at least?** A: the orange cubes are for both food and water. They don't mold but will shrivel up in a couple of days - I just add a bit of water to rehydrate. if you just need to add a water source, you can either use a wet sponge or buy flukers cricket quencher **Q: I plan to buy 500 crickets at a time for my new panther chameleon. do the cubes go bad? how many cubes would i use and how often should i change them?** A: I agree with the first response, 500 crickets is a lot and most don't last more than a week at a time. I buy 3-4 dozen every week or so for my two green tree frogs and still end up with a few dead ones after a week. To answer your question, these don't go bad, they just dry out.
