after suffering crushing body cramps on court this is my all time go to. I add a few drop before, during and after the hitting the courts especially after excessive sweating. you can add it to a drink if you want, it does have a minerally taste but as it should. it has the right balance of what the body needs. not just pickle juice

Yes, it does have a bit of a metallic taste, but it sure beats sicky sweet! So many push that they have no sugar added, but they are sweetened with "natural" (undefined) flavors or monk fruit or grape juice, etc. Also, this product has no added salt whereas many contain more than half my daily amount.

Greatly helps my husband when he gets leg cramps.

Really like that this is tasteless as I can just throw in a few drops into my water to stay hydrated. It’s great that if I wanted to I can throw in some lemon to give it some taste. Also an added plus is that it’s low in sodium compared to other hydration options.

This is the best electrolyte product I have ever found. I just want to drink water without it tasting like medicine, and you cannot notice when you only put in like half a teaspoon per cup of water! There's no grittiness, there's no strange sickly sweet or weirdly salty taste, it's not oily, this stuff is well worth the price!

Could not use. Tasted like paint thinner and milk in an 16 oz bottle of water.. Could not return. Gross.
