Yes, Idemitsu ATF type TLS = ATF type-iv. They make ATF type WS as well called ATF type TLS-LV, among other transmission fluids. Consult your car manual for the correct fluid type.

Is this right for 2013 prius cvt transmission?

Idemitsu oil is engineered for Toyota. Type TLs is for the type of car. I drive a Volvo and that a what I use. You can look up the specs to the car and just use what is recommended for 2013 Prius.

Not true! You must look at the msds or contact the manufacturer. Judging by the viscosity index of around 180, this should be atleast a group III synthetic fluid. Might have other esters, but it doesn’t appear to be conventional based.
