These were exactly what I needed for a new board game prototype idea that I’m working on.The colors are vibrant and they snap together perfectly with enough friction to design or take apart easily. The creative companion book was well thought out and had a lot of great ideas.As you can see in the photo there were less green pieces than the other colors but this is to be expected in a random grab product like this. If the color quantities are important to you maybe consider getting 2 sets or a set that has less colors, and thus less distribution.I loved these SO much that I’m ordering a lot more sets and will even be reaching out to the company Plus Plus to see how I can help spread the good word.Perfect for a gift or to keep for yourself and have fun!

We are big on open-ended toys and these are perfect for my older kids (8,10,12). The colors are bright, the pieces are sturdy and uniform and they don't take up a lot of storage space. My 3 older kids can all play together at the same time and there's enough pieces in this one pack they don't usually fight over them. I love seeing what they come up with and they love using their creativity with these. Definitely small enough to be a choking hazard if you still have kiddos that put everything in their mouths, so be aware of that. Otherwise, we love them.

Not one to normally leave reviews, but I just bought these for my grandsons ages 3 and 5 and they spent a lot time working with these while at Grandmas this weekend. Their little creative minds really enjoyed seeing what they could make.

Original Post Before Return: Really, really disappointed. I got a tube filled with random colored blocks in bright primary colors mixed with the soft pastel ones I ordered to spite the label reading “pastel”. Some of the blocks were stuck together like they were just a collection of returns that had been swept into a tube to send to me. The worst part though, was that the instructions were then crammed in the top so OVER HALF the space was filled with crumpled instructions. There were maybe a handful of blocks. I called and started the exchange process, so I will update with a better score if the exchange goes well, but I couldn’t be more disappointed right now.**Update: I called and they sent me the correct item right away. I got a new, pastel colored set two days later and I just shipped back the old one today. The drop off to UPS couldn’t have been easier. Updating the score to a 4 because of the quick exchange process and my daughter really did love getting these at her birthday! They were one of the first toys she opened!

My 8 year old son asked for these after using them in his STEM class at school. I've never even heard of them but I'm glad I bought some for him because they are actually really fun and awesome for kids and adults! I was blown away at how many things you can make with such simple looking pieces. Be aware that the pieces are very small and a child will have to have a good level of dexterity to get the pieces to interlock. So I'd recommend these for kids older than 6/7. Also because they are so small we've lost some but rest assured they don't hurt half as much as Legos to step on! Parents rejoice! Anyway, if your kid is a "builder" and you have big dreams of them becoming an engineer so they can put you in the best retirement home money can buy, then these are a great addition to their collection of building blocks and materials!

Great for travel. Hours of building fun. Our grandsons 4 and 6 love them.

My 5 year old loves these. The 4 and 11 year old create with them too. Initially I ordered them for my older kid, but 5 year olds loves them the most. They are easy to assemble and disassemble making for an easy clean up. They are so vibrant, great for imagination and building.
