Water ,glycerin ,propylene glyco, polygquaternium-11, Parthenon, b5,hydrolyzed collagen, argan oil,PEG-8 esters,olive oil,PEG-7 esters,Carbonell, benzophenone-4, sodium hydroxymethyglycinate, fragrance, amyl cinnamal, blue-1 I have no idea about some of these ingredients... guess you can look them up to see.

Why do they charge more than the beauty supply store and it tge same size?🤦🏾♀️

I really don't know what that is apart from Amazon may not regulate the pricing of the sellers in the store.

Do I need to wear a plastic cap ?

I use this as a styling gel to set my curl pattern I put it on and let it dry. Not sure why you would need a plastic cap.
