Easy to digest gentle on my baby, inexpensive.

We have been using this for my +2 month old son for more than a month now. His mother's breast milk stopped in the first couple of weeks. Originally he was on Similac Advanced but did not seem to be tolerating it very well --- eczema, lots of spitting up, loose stools. I did a lot of reading of reviews and research on Kabrita and other goat milk formulas. While this is not officially approved for infants in the USA we did a comparison of nutrients delivered, and it was perfectly fine. He has been growing and putting on weight at an excellent pace. His pediatrician, while skeptical and concerned at first, was very impressed on his two month checkup.Kabrita did not magically solve all of his minor issues. For the cradle cap and baby eczema we used Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil purchased from Costco. This has worked very well and is completely natural/safe unlike many supposedly gentle baby lotion that has parabens, alcohol or other inflammatory substances and petroleum based chemicals in them. He was still spitting up some, was still gassy, irritable and would not sleep more than 2 hrs. I searched for something to help him with this. At first our pediatrician put him on Zantac to control his gas. This was not terribly effective and only treats symptoms anyway. What I wanted was something that would "cure" him of the gas. We added the ProBiota Infant probiotic powder a few days ago. Purchased here on Amazon. See link below this paragraph. I can confirm, as several reviewers have ( I will also post a review on this products page) that this probiotic was like magic. The first night he slept 4 hrs straight for the first time. The next day he had very little spit up, very little gas, and was overall super happy and not fussy. The transformation was remarkable and IMMEDIATELY noticeable. I think combining this and Kabrita Goat Milk Formula will be very effective. If turns out to not be so I will post an update. Day 2 on ProBiota he slept for 5 hrs straight. My little guy can’t easily digest cow proteins, so since he was an infant, we had to find ways around it. Most of the alternative stuff that you can buy from Enfamil or Gerber is packed with soy, and it tastes and smells absolutely terrible.But this is a godsend. I did quite a bit of research before we settled on this, including trying and reviewing other goat milk varieties. But this one is the sweetest, creamiest, most delicious, and actually seems to be the most nutritious as well. I was also nursing, so it was important to me to find a formula variety that included many of the same benefits that breastmilk provides.Are used to have to special order the infant varieties of Kabrita, but since the toddler varieties are available in the USA, I’ve been getting this on Amazon for quite a while.Goats milk naturally has more protein than cows milk, so keep that in mind if you need to monitor the renal load; that is, make sure to OK it with your doctor if it is being consumed in excessive amounts or if you need to limit your protein intake.I still use this in place of cows milk for my three-year-old, and he is an extraordinarily healthy little boy, according to his check ups.

This milk is amazing. I wasnt able to continue breastfeeding my baby after returning to work due to decrease milk supply so the research started to a great alternative. I knew one thing for certain I was NOT buying US made formula. After doing some research and reading countless reviews , I settled on this formula and am glad I did. She did not have any stomach issues, has regular poops, gained weight, no chemical smell, great ingredients, the can size is much bigger than others, and the list goes on. I will continue buying this and telling others about it

My son loves this formula! We feed my son donor breast milk but wanted to supplement with formula for rounded-out nutrition considering when re-heating frozen breast milk some nutrients may be lost or destroyed. I am that mom who is overly cautious of formula ingredients, untrusting of the manufacturers, and worried how my little one would respond to formula so I researched for weeks before deciding on Kabrita. I was tempted to buy Hiip or Holle from overseas, but for a mega price tag just for supplementation, I couldn’t swing it. Since starting my baby on Kabrita around 3 months old (2 bottles each night) he slept longer through the night, stays fuller longer, his minimal spit up, no vomiting, has an easier time pooping and he honestly prefers the taste over breast milk. He will down his formula bottle whereas he takes a very long time with lots of breaks to drink his bottle of breast milk. I love that goat milk is gentle in his tummy and I don’t feel guilty for giving him cows milk before his stomach can tolerate it. I plan on using Kabrita until he turns 1 because it has been the perfect formula for my baby.A word of advice for families buying in bulk, buy the single 28oz container in the quantity you prefer. I started buying 6 containers to last me about 3 months as a supplementation, not exclusively formula fed. It’s cheaper than any “value bundles” available on Amazon.. trust me I ran the numbers on every single buying option for Kabrita.

My 18 month old would not convert to any type of milk so we continued on with this toddler formula. We used the infant formula for her when she was under a year. I am reassured that she is getting the nutrients she needs from this because she is only in the 20th percentile for weight. I recommend this to anyone

I love this milk. My daughter started vomiting after turning 6 months old. All milk was a problem. Until I found this, my days are calmer. My baby doesn't cry or vomit.

But I think they are stealing formula at the DFW Amazon hub. 3 of my last six orders have been lost after being “loaded” on the truck. I tried reporting it to Amazon but they just refunded me. Maybe the seller will see this and contact me.
