DO NOT leave this item stuck to the shower wall when not in use. Mine fell ONCE and has not worked since. Aside from that, the sound was Great, rich, full, enjoyable for the shower. PLUS you can answer your phone with a touch of a button. very cool unit. Just wish it was a bit sturdier.. Sad that ONE oops is all it took...

Wish it came with a charger

Bummer! I wanted to love this, but it's proven very unreliable. I got it for my birthday 10 months ago. The first one we received simply came without the power cord to charge the internal battery, so it never worked. Then I waited a while for my husband to send it back and get a second one which did have the power cord. It seemed to work well for the first month or two - but I never put it in the shower, just used it in the living room to make my cell phone louder for listening to guided meditations. I ended up not needed it for quite a while and put it away. I've just gone back to use it again and it doesn't work! It only operated when it is plugged in and it has a lot of static coming through. No charging occurs no matter how long you leave it plugged in, so if you pull the plug out it dies.I thought since I had only used it a few times and since it was less than a year old that it would be under warrantee and they would replace this product. Unfortunately - not. The company only has a 15 day warrantee on it! Yes, you heard right - 15 days!!! Not only that, but the product has to be UNOPENED so how would you even know it didn't work?!?!?! When I contacted customer service, this is what they told me:"We guarantee our products work for 15 days after they are received by the customer. This protects it against a manufacturer or shipping problems that may occur. Since our products are used in areas with water and other extreme environments, we can only offer a 15-days replacement warranty on a speaker.FRESHeTECH only accepts returns and provides full refunds for unopened purchases made within 15 days.FRESHeTECH does not accept returns or provide refunds for opened and or use items. FRESHeTECH accepts returns and provides 80% refunds (20% restocking fee) for unopened purchases made outside of 15 days."So - I guess that sums it up. You can be guaranteed of a good experience with this speaker if you 1) don't open the package and 2) decide that it works (through a closed package) within 15 days.Good luck, folks!!

Great shower radio. I had mine for a couple months and worked great. It gets the job done. Unfortunately it broke when the suction cup came off and the speaker fell, which is something to keep in mind.
