Love it but no flag!
This is a beautiful mailbox and we love the quality and look. However, there is no flag and no way to leave mail for pickup as far as we can tell. Maybe they don’t pick up at homes in Japan?! Very odd. Shouldn’t have to sacrifice for design but in this case, we did.

Discoloration
Love the look of this mailbox but within 5 months of installation, discolorations started to appear on the sides of the box...tried to clean them off but no success. Anyone else have this problem?
