Does what it's supposed to do
I'm not sure what they changed in the formula but I love it. My hair feels and looks great.

Soemthing wrong
This one got my head burnt. Hair got straight but my head had redness and pain for 4 weeksI couldn’t comb or shower properly.

Safe on scalp no smell!! ((Recommended))
So safe for my sensitive scalp no smell at all & gentle i stayed just ten minutes then after I washed nutrelized then leave in conditioner i add some of my home olive oil to deep conditioning my hair result was awesome i was freaking out to try it first time I don't regret it now I give it A++++++++

Used this for the first time just around the edges. Did not burn, and was able to keep in longer than a regular relaxer. Worked fine
