This product does a very effective job of picking up pet waste off of the grass. It clasps very tightly so you can put the waste in the bag without any problems. I ended up using a large bag rather than what they supply you with since I was picking up about a week’s worth of dog poop in the backyard. It is nice that it comes with the poop bags and holder though. The only negative for me is that it’s too short so I have to bend over. Having to bend over is part of what I was hoping to avoid. It would be perfect if it could be adjusted for taller people.

First off, if you are tall, buy something else. The handle on this one is short. I am 5”1” and I have to bend over to use it. That’s not a big deal for me with only one small dog. The other complaint I have is the size of the claws. The small dog product either falls right through the claw or doesn’t pick it up in the first place. I suppose it is my fault for not paying more attention. This is one example of buying online is no advantage. I will just buy one at Walmart the next time I shop, especially now that I know what NOT to look for in a scooper. But if you are short and have a big dog with big piles, this one will work fine for you.

This is like my 4th scooper like this. So far it's been the best. Holding up well, where others by now had springs and other parts break after a few months. Huge payload capacity which is good since my dog creates a pretty good pile most times. Doesn't work with normal doggie bags though...scoop is too large...you'll need to buy their brand. This isn't the makers fault, just a fact of the industry. You may be able to find larger ones but I really haven't looked very hard.

Update... After about 5 months of use which I pick up my dogs poop in the back yard about twice a week the pooper scooper broke. The blue piece on the bottom with the springs snapped making it useless. I had high hopes that it would have lasted a long time. If you read my original review that is still 100% accurate it makes picking up poop a whole lot easier just wish it didn't break on me...This has honestly made picking up poop super easy! I would definitely recommend all pet owners to own one of these. If you have a big back yard it will make your life 100% easier when you’re picking up poop.

Watch out for fingers and toes

So far this item is holding up well for my two large dogs. Love the little bag holder and thankful it came with an extra thing of bags. So far very impressed, would recommend.

I purchased this pooper scooper because I am disabled & I was looking for an easier way for me to pick up my dogs poop. And, I was very impressed with this product. Well, worth the price & really easy to use! You just slip the bag over the “pac man end” & it picks it so easy. Then, you pull bag off & tie it so easy!
