The harness arrived yesterday as my 6 month old Lurcher figured how to slip out of his strap harness the day before. I ordered large as he’s not quite 20 kilos and glad I did as it fits great with every strap on shortest length and left with plenty of grow room as he’s looking to be a big boy! Quality feels great and sturdy, the extra padded parts fit perfectly over his bones so it’s really comfortable if he decides ‘squirrel!’ Added bonus the padding adds an extra layer of warmth for him too. The handle I used as he’s recently took an interest in bicycles and it felt great with not pulling against his slender frame. Overall really happy with it and our walk felt great for both of us. Highly recommended for the price especially. Too add to there’s no way he can wriggle back out of it thanks to the secure extra strap.

My 14 month old collie is mostly well behaved and follows most instructions really well, however, at the end of his walks, he decided that he wouldn't get into the car, or go anywhere near the house if we had started our walk from home. He also worked out that he could just lie down and if I tried to move him, his harness would just slip off him when he resisted. No amount of treats or coaxing would stop this behaviour as he knew I couldn't move him safely. This harness has completely changed all of that! No amount of resistance allows him to wriggle out of it and it has now gotten to the stage where he just gets into the car when asked. A brilliant product. Well made and lighweight, but effective. Once you've put it on the dog a few times, it's quite easy to do. It did need some adjustment, I bought a large size, which fits really well. I am so pleased with this harness. The only issue i have is the name. Rabbitgoo should be renamed I reckon! Update: I bought this harness in 2021, my dog is now nearly 30 kg and this harness is still as effective now as it was then. I have since bought two more so that I can wash them when they get muddy, but I just wanted to add how sturdy this item is and that it has made all the difference to walks with my dog. He is obviously older now and so less prone to the behaviours that lead to me getting the harness in the first place, but being a collie, he can still lunge if traffic gets too close to him, I keep the lead on the harness and also on his collar for extra safety when we are doing pavement walking. Would still highly recommend this item.

We bought a large Rabbitgoo Escape-Proof for our Romanian rescue Carpathian puppy bitch because she easily got out of ordinary harnesses by just pulling backwards if anything spooked her. What a difference the Escape-Proof was! We were so imppressed with the harness that when she outgrew it we had no secongd thoughts about buying tha samy one in XL. Well made, very functional and comfortable and all at a very reasonable price.

Well made but not the right fit for my cocker spaniel

Haven't used it yet but first impressions are great. Measurements are accurate, fits my dog perfectly. Got this to replace her old harness which we'd used and got replacements of for several years but sadly it got discontinued so we had to put our trust in a new brand. The stitching on this hardness looks top quality and hard wearing, actually way better than her old harness. It looks very comfortable, nicely padded. It was easy to put on and adjust to her size. The pink colour is nice and will help her to be easily seen and it has some reflective strips on too. Looking forward to taking our girl out in her nice new harness. It doesn't look as versatile as her old harness though, the old one had 2 D clips, and the clips were bigger. But overall I think this one will probably actually be better, and maybe her old harness being discontinued will be a blessing in disguise. Time will tell. First impressions though, extremely impressed and would definitely recommend and it arrived in 12 hours!

What can I say about this harness? It’s perfect!! The three point escape proof design is really robust. Measured my large shepherd dog and it fitted him perfectly. He’s a strong boy who can be reactive to men in hats (he’s a rescue) and this harness gives me peace of mind that I can really get a good grip on him with the handle should I need to. It’s also go fabric under the clips so I don’t catch his long fur in them when putting it on. I’ve tried various harnesses and this one absolutely is the best one I’ve had. He is really comfortable in it too. The reflective strips are really bright so at night my torch illuminates him well. Highly recommend but do follow the measuring guide to get the right snug fit.

The harness is made well and it's very sturdy with handles (love!) Unfortunately my big issue with it is that there is only one clip on eat side, which means I have to lift my elderly dog's leg to put her paw through it which is a big problem for us (arthritis). I had to alter the harness to add another clip, so now it's perfect! Size L fit my 30kg german shepherd girl.

At last a harness that fits our year old Golden Retriever and she doesn't try to escape from it. She has the medium size which has adjustment for growth. More importantly she is secure, calm and comfortable in this harness. Walks are less stressful as she has suddenly settled into a calm walk. This is real progress for a street dog rescue.

Heel tevreden over dit tuigje. Het helpt het trekken tegen te gaan, maar geeft mij ook meer controle over mijn hond. Het is even oefen hoe hij aan moet maar als je hond het eenmaal door heeft gaat het prima! Zeker een aanrader!

This is the holy trifecta of dog harnesses for reactive dogs. We have two lab mixes from the same litter who were terribly neglected (and seem to have been abused, as well) before they were rescued. One of them seems to not have a care in the world while the other is clearly haunted by his past demons and is processing his traumatic childhood. He is hands down the most reactive dog I have ever met. Two rounds of puppy finishing school (because he flunked out the first time) and he’s still a touch squirmy. The worst thing it the world to him was putting anything near his neck. Collars, leashes, the cone of shame- this kid could not handle it. A lot of work from my amazing husband got us to the point where he could wear a harness. We needed something he could not back out of, made us able to spot him in the desert from a mile a way, and made tough enough to withstand the lot of us- boy howdy, this fit the bill. The color is vibrant and exactly as pictured. It is thick and durable with a soft liner on the inside and in no way does it hinder his mobility. Of course, he was a bit timid with it at first, but know that he knows that when he puts it on it is officially adventure time. We bought another of a different brand and the boys chewed it to shreds on day one. This harness got a bit roughed up by their chewing, but was still in fine shape. We love this harness so much that we bought two more the next size up as they’re now ready for the XL. Could not recommend this harness more.
