Don't supres hunger enough
Taste okay. You can chew them and then use water to swallow. Didn't supres my apatite a lot

Handy appetite suppressant
I'm struggling to lose wait for an op, but these help. Some times I'm just hungry even though I've eaten a sensible amount, and these take the edge off well. They're basically little condensed flour tablets with a chocolate flavour - you can chew them but I swallow them whole. They dissolve, absorb water and make you feel full.

Waste of money
They did not suppress my hunger at all.I tried them for a week then gave up.Total waste of money.
