Gave my German Shepherd severe stomach issues!
After eating 2 or 3 of these treats throughout the day, both my pit/vizsla mix and German shepherd had severe stomach issues. I am well aware that German Shepherds have sensitive stomachs, but we feed both our pups a mix of raw food and Origen kibble and they've never had any issues. After eating these treats, my Shepherd went to the bathroom on the floor and she has never done that! It took about 3 solid days for her to get everything out of her system, while it only took my pit-mix a day or two. I truly thought she had picked up something on the ground or a bug and needed medicine, but after visiting the vet, they concluded it must have been the treats. Also, the treats didn't arrive fully intact - they were crumbled and broken. We switched to Stella & Chewy treats and the dogs have had no issues and they both love the lamb taste.

Great for sensitive stomachs!
My dog has sensitive stomach so he can only eat certain things that won’t cause him to throw up, or try and eat grass to settle his stomach and then throw up. These treats are the only ones I’ve found that he loves to eat and don’t affect his stomach at all! The only down side is the past few bags I’ve received, the bottom of the bag is almost all crumbs. The bag is packaged off weight, but the bottom portion isn’t serve able so it has to be thrown away. Only down side.

Expires in less than a month!? Seriously!???
Ok. First! My dogs HATE Orijen products! I’m dealing with the puppy dry food and decided (stupid me) to buy this treats to try with her to make it eat Orejin products. BIG MISTAKE. Second, my mistake too! Orejin is not sold directly in Amazon, so I didn’t realize this was a third party seller, witch give me to the point three, THIS PRODUCT IS F OLD!! This bag expires in February! What!???? I was so worried to give this to my pup, not even a month of expiration!??? OMG! And to that forget about a big bag of treats, this is a small bag for lots of dollars! Seriously. If you want to buy Orejin products go directly to their website or Petco, they don’t sell their products on Amazon! Not recommended at all!!!!!!

Great, healthy, single-ingredient treats!
These treats are my number one go-to treat. With only pure bison as the ingredient, these keep my mind at ease that I know my dog is getting nothing short of high quality treats. I also know Orijen is a fantastic company. These treats are freeze dried rectangles of varying sizes, none usually larger than an inch long and half an inch thick. My pup has to get pills every day and is very, very particular about what he’ll eat, but he goes absolutely crazy for these. Every day, morning and night, I use these treats to shove his pills inside and give them to him. It used to be MUCH easier a year back because the treats were a little more “composed” and put together so they wouldn’t just crumble apart in my hands when I put a tiny half pill inside, but I guess they’ve since changed how they make them a little because now it’s a struggle to keep the pills inside when the treat is just falling apart in your hand. So, if you’re goal is to use these treats as “pill givers,” I recommend dipping the treats in a small amount of water, just to lightly coat them, putting the pill inside, and then squishing the treat all together around the pill so it holds its shape. It’s a pain, and I wish they’d go back to how they made them before, but at least it’s still doable. I’m just glad I can feed my pup a single-ingredient, high quality treat that he goes crazy over (when he’s extremely picky).I would definitely recommend these to anyone with a dog. They’re pricey, but worth it. I used o work at a pet boutique store that specialized in pet nutrition and these treats were the healthiest and best options we carried. It’s a fantastic company.(I’ll be updating this review soon with images of the treats and they’re various sizes.)

Why does everything good eventually have to change
Why does everything good eventually have to change. Smaller package, more expensive and quality has declined. As someone else mentioned, my bag was basically all crumbs.

Fall apart easily.
The treats would be great if they were just treats. Unfortunately, most of them were shredded and crumbs and there were only maybe a dozen that were actually formed. I ended up having to just mix it in with food a little at a time. Buy a different flavor; the Tundra and Six Fish had much less crumbling and I was able to use them as training treats which is what I bought these for.

Quality went in the toilet.
While my dog loves these treats the quality has severely slipped. Less than 10% was actually whole pieces, 30% crumbs and the rest varying bits from just larger than crumbs to less than half size. Don't know if it's from the new packaging or just in the storage and handling. Not fond of paying a premium price for a bag of crumbs.

Too soft and crumbly for treat dispensing!
My dogs liked the duck and turkey flavors well enough but as several reviewers mentioned the treats are VERY soft. They disintegrate with just enough pressure to give one to a dog. Definitely unsuitable to put in a treat pouch or pocket for rewards during training. Most of the product as delivered is only suitable for the food bowl. Pretty overpriced even for freeze dried "nuggets" (crumbs!) Do not recommend and will not repurchase either duck or turkey flavors.

Too large bits.
I always buy orijen treats, but in this case the bits are too large for medium sized dogs.

Very expensive
My dog absolutely loved them but it's a very small packet and very expensive. I didn't like that there very light and funny paper like consistency, seed to be stucking to my dog's throat.
