The first recliner I received was broken. It took me a few days to realize it but when I did and started really looking underneath it there were a lot of missing pieces and screws were just falling out onto my floor underneath it. It wouldn’t rock, the foot rest sagged on one side and was hard to get up and down etc... When I called Amazon they wanted to send me pieces to fix it and I was like no I’m not a repair person and I bought a new recliner and I would like a replacement. They agreed to send a new one and I’m sure glad they did because this one works perfectly fine. The new one rocks nicely, is comfortable, and the foot rest works perfectly. I’m guessing the other one must have been bent and maybe someone didn’t finish putting it together because it was definitely a dud!

I love this recliner/rocker. I was having trouble closing my old footrest on the recliner and it gave my legs pain always pushing hard to close the footrest. This recliner/rocker is much easier to close the footrest. I realized last night instead of pulling the lever on the side to close the footrest I can just move forward with the footrest half up and it closes pretty much on its own. This rocker/recliner is very comfortable to sit in too. It was a good purchase.

I got my chair today and while it looks great from afar, there are definite defects that should have been caught before this chair was shipped to a customer. #1 - There is burn mark (melted fabric) on one of the arm rests. #2 - Next to the burn mark, the piping is also loose and I do worry that at some point it will start to tear. #3 - There is a scratch in the fabric on one of the armrests. Overall the chair looks good and will meet our needs. For the price though, I would expect to get a somewhat perfect chair. We'll be keeping it as it would be more of a hassle to send it back. Comes in a box that hardly fits through a standard front door. Movers had to take it out of the box in order to move it up to our 2nd level. They had left before I was able to examine the chair and see the flaws. :( Lesson of the day, take a few minutes to examine the chair before you accept the delivery. I will be contacting the seller to see if I can get a percentage refunded to me since I've given the defective chair a home.

I ordered this chair for my husband who was having knee replacement surgery, and wanted something sturdy but comfortable. He slept in it for 3 weeks, and the chair held up well. It has enough padding to be comfortable and also supportive. It's been a little over a month now, and I have been able to use it a few times. I really like that it rocks, and the back does not require too much room to move. I have been disoppointed in other similarly priced chairs, but this one has been great.

We wanted a recliner to fit a space and weren’t finding what we wanted in local showrooms. We had seen this one online so we figured it would be easy and cheaper to order it from Amazon rather than through a local company, plus the returns are free. The chair fits our space perfectly but has room in the seat. Not difficult to put together for two people. The box had to be opened outside, it didn’t fit through the our front door, but the delivery man was very helpful getting the box open and carrying the two parts inside. We had to return the first one because it was not level, but Amazon made it very easy.

This is a great chair.It is a little bit firm,but seems to be breaking in.It's a very dark gray,almost black.I measured the size,but it seems much bigger in person.Material and construction are good quality.I would buy this chair again.

I didn't mind it but the wife said it was super uncomfortable. Very little arm padding and definitely on the dark side of the "charcoal" spectrum. Delivery was pretty awesome and returning was convenient outside of patchi G the box back up.

I bought this recliner for my nursery. I wanted something that reclined really far back, had plenty of room for me or my husband to sleep in with the baby and be comfortable for feeding and rocking out little one to sleep. She isn't here yet, but I've sat in it a number of times over the last month and each time I love it more and more and can't wait to use it! No need for hubby and I to both be awake, so this will be in the nursery for when she is up all night and for late night feedings. It was definitely exactly what we needed and wanted.
