4K@60Hz HDMI Matrix Switch 2 in 4 Out with IR Remote, SPDIF & 3.5mm Audio

This device is really cool. You plug in 1 or 2 HDMI sources. Then you plug in 1 to 4 display devices. These display devices can be full TVs or just monitors. Since the plugs are HDMI, that means that sound is available. I’ve found some interesting applications for this switch/splitter. At home, I can put an old TV in the fireplace and play a fireplace DVD. The fireplace TV is hardwired to this switch, so when I play the fireplace DVD it displays there, if the TV is turned on. And my normal TV is displaying the fireplace video, so I have two fireplaces active at once. Cool. For education, suppose you have 16 students that need to watch program content on a TV or a monitor. You can have the main computer’s HDMI output go to the switch. Then you can have up to say 4 clusters: a TV or monitor and 4 kids each watching. I figure 4 people to a TV or Monitor is doable. This set of 4 TVs can be in a long line, say against a wall. Or you could to what we have done, is make a inner square of the 4 monitors (actually digital projectors having screens on the inside with the kids sitting all around on the outside. This splitter allows the same contents to be displayed by all the digital projectors. Since the switch allows for up to 2 inputs, one input could be the educational content computer. The other input could be from a DVD player when you want to show related movies that come in only DVD format. Or, you don't have to use the second input at all. The switch is easy to use. There are no settings. I just plugged it in and everything worked!

Excellent product and service! The HDMI Splitter 4K @60Hz 2 in 4 out by avedio links works perfectly, with great image quality and support for 4K, HDR10, and HDCP2.2. I had an issue with the remote control, but customer service was quick and efficient. They resolved it right away, and now everything works flawlessly. Highly recommended!

This is a well built and easy to use device. Solid all around remote is nice feature too. Maybe I was confused about how it operates, but for my needs it did not work. I wanted to use two computers with 2 monitors and split/extend my computer screens so I had 3 views of 3 different windows. My computer can extend any monitor so all three screens have different views. If this makes sense, then you will understand why this does not work for using it with two computers and multiple windows. This device DUPLICATES monitors. What you have on your computer will appear on all monitors. No extended screens. If you want to have different views/windows on your monitors then do not buy this device. If you want me to answer questions, please feel free. This is a good product, just be careful how you need this to work for your display needs. This device DUPLICATES only ! It is good for what ? Commercial applications where you want to have two switchable input and multiple out of same picture. Maybe it was me not understanding the complete functions of this unit. I use media processing Photoshop and Video Editing. I needed it for running multiple displays from the same computer. Back to the drawing board.

Simply put, no CEC (i.e. telling a connected Roku to turn off the TV) or the ability to turn off auto-sensing of the HDMI signal. You can use the provided remote to tune to a device that is not sensed, but the hardware buttons cannot. Oddly, you can control the HDMI matrix via the remote without having it turned on, yet plugged in. My use case: retro gaming. The optical audio connection works wonders with a desktop DAC being used as an amplifier. The HDMI matrix allows me to connect my upscaled PlayStation 1, 2, GameCube, and an Analogue Pocket Dock with no hassle and ease of use. Make sure to buy 90-degree optical cable and USB-C adapters if you want all cables out the back.

I purchased this in November 2025. This past weekend (3/14/2026), four months after purchase, the unit is dead. Neither of the input HDMI ports work. I moved the HDMI cable from my computer to the projector and it works just fine.

Let me start my saying this is what you need if you've got more than one hdmi switch on your home office equipment. ARC output, optical audio port and a headphone jack.... makes it that much more awesome! The EDID toggle on the front is perfect if you need that extra level of customization or you need to tweak the minor details, however in most instances leaving it on the default 0000 is perfect! 4 inputs to 2 outputs. My setup is as follows: Inputs: FireStick, Xbox, Laptop, security cameras. Outputs: Gaming monitor, wall mounted TV. I love this little box it's truly prefect for managing my system and easily allows me to swap between what's on which screen. Also having the option to duplicate the screen is always sweet! Buttons on the front make it super easy to swap between inputs on both screens. Swapping is near instant and passing through the unit has near zero lag (unnoticeable even gaming!) I'm using the optical audio out to connect to a sound bar and haven't had a single issue yet. Sitting at around $40, it's 100% worth every penny. My only complaint is that the instructions guide was too small to see the EDID settings. You're better off taking a screen shot of the Amazon listing a printing it off yourself.

Good quality, small in size so its portable, and works really well.

ゲーム機を３つ、真ん中飛ばした２つをモニターに繋いで試してみました。 全て電源を入れた状態で、スイッチを押して入力を切り替えただけ。 特に何も問題なく、しっかりモニターに反映されていました。 それだけの商品ですが、それがしっかりできています。 スイッチ押すだけの簡単操作ですし、ぱっと映る感じもありましたので、良い商品かと思います。 付属のHDMIは割と柔軟性がないので、気になる方は交換したほうがいいかもしれません。

Buen producto. Un enorme plus es el hecho de que se auto-alimenta del propio HDMI. Lo uso para conectar 3 retro ordenadores/consolas a la tele mediante un conversor RCA-HDMI (Un Commodore 64, PlayStation 1 y Sega Megadrive). No hay degradación de imagen, es igual que conectar directamente.

Having to pull out HDMI cables to insert a different one is a pain and can cause damage to the HDMI port. With this switcher that is no longer an issue. You can only use one of your plugged in items at a time (switcher, not splitter) but switching is quick and easy. Highly recommended!
