Authentic Luminesk™ Star Backpack

This is a great back pack. Lots of room inside. Get compliments everywhere I go. Love it!

It looks stunning in the right conditions. If you take a flash photo, the colors almost always pop. In direct sunlight, usually the intensity of the sun diminishes the color. Indoors or outdoors with the right angle the colors really pop and glow.The bag is fairly spacious, but comes with a warning saying it can’t bear a lot of weight. You can fit a 15” macbook pro inside but it will be visible from the outside, as in the latch can click shut but the upper cover won’t completely cover the bag opening.It loses a star just because the bag doesn’t seem capable of hearing super heavy loads comfortably, and the colors don’t pop as often as I’d like outside in the sun.

The colors of this bag are great. It’s a very fun backpack and lights up/is reflective like everyone claims.However, I’ve had mine for maybe just over a month or so and I’ve used it lightly, never holding extremely heavy things, and a few of the reflective panels are already starting to peel off. I’ve never pulled the drawstring overly tight, either. Regardless, for a $60+ drawstring bag the material should be able to withstand usage of the drawstring. The material of the drawstring also feels cheap for what the bag is worth.I was so sad and disappointed because I loved this bag so much and the brand seemed so cool.It’s also hard to leave a review for the company so that’s why I’m leaving it on amazon.Also the customer service isn’t exactly the most responsive, either. The website claims everything is shipped from the US, but when mine arrived it was covered in packaging from China. I asked about it by emailing their customer service, worrying that I somehow managed to get a fake when I ordered it from their official website, and it took a while to get back to me. They did eventually and explained it to me so at least the response seemed sufficient. I also messaged them on Facebook with a simple question about the bag before I bought it and it took several days to get a response.I would avoid this bag unless you only plan on wearing it empty for fashion, and not actually putting stuff inside the bag. I sort of doubt the company will even respond to reviews on amazon, but if they somehow manage to and somehow remedy the situation I will gladly update this review.

Got this for my daughter in law. She loves it. Uses it daily as a purse.

I got this beautiful bag as a gift for my birthday in February. I and received many complements while wearing this backpack, some of my friends ordered Luminesk bags after seeing my bag. I love how reflective material keeps me visible at night.However to my disappointment the plastic buckle broke in 1.5 months. Not even sure how it happened. One day i was walking down the street and someone told me that my backpack was open.We are all humans here, I understand that things happen and I was totally okay to reach out to Luminesk team to resolve the issue. I emailed Luminesk about 6+ times. [email protected], [email protected], i emailed thought the website form and messaged on fb. No answer. What can I say. I’ve never seen customer service like this.
