Great for elderly patients with electrolyte imbalances. Absolutely tasteless!
My mom unfortunately has dementia and it is often a chore to get her to eat and drink the right things to keep her body going. She recently has been in the hospital with electrolyte imbalance, mostly due to low potassium. She hates the flavor of electrolyte drinks from the store and refuses to touch them. She loves ice cold water and this is easy to sneak right into her water without her even knowing it. The unflavored powder is absolutely flavorless and dissolves quickly in water. I add about a half scoop to her morning water and then another half to her afternoon water. This container should last us a little over a month, give or take. I wish that it was a little bit more affordable for an older person on a fixed budget but at this point, it's going to be a necessity so I will continue getting it for her to keep her healthy.

Must Have in Your Keto Tool Kit!
So, I have become an avid Keto way of lifer (I don't call it a diet) and I do IF as well (Intermittent Fasting); most of all? I am a huge believer in Dr. Eric Berg who (IMO) is the most knowledgeable about Keto/IF and doing it the healthy way (yes you can slam back some burgers from McDonalds but there are healthier ways to consume high (good) fats). He recommends 4700 mg of Potassium A DAY (and don't go saying you eat bananas because they only contain 300-400 mg depending on the banana size AND? They have too many carbs sugars). 1 cup of raw spinach leaves contain 167 milligrams of potassium, while 1 cup of cooked spinach contains 840 milligrams of potassium ( I never knew cooked made a difference but cooking releases minerals). Anyway, I was about to buy the Doctor's electrolytes but I saw this one at a better price and with the same amount of potassium (1,000 mg!). That's A LOT considering most (if not all) potassium supplements are only 99 mg per pill! Okay so those are the basic facts but how does it taste? I had it today in my water and at first I honestly was like "Hmm....kinda sweet and a hint of bubblegum....not sure I'm going to take to this..." then, as I did my weights at the gym, I started to like it more and more to the point that I wish I had another water bottle to add a scoop to it. This is not to say YOU will like it; this is to say this is why I do reviews - not everyone is going to have the same taste (whether in food or clothes etc.). So? If you don't like stevia (this is the sweetener in it) and don't like a rather fruity flavor then don't get this. I personally really like the taste, the price and the fact that it has no artificial sweeteners in it and the company really seems to care about what the customers think - read the reviews, the company offers to do a refund if people don't like the taste or say something like "Well Doctor so and so's tastes so much better..." Um? Maybe the other doctor's does taste better to SOME people - I can't say, I haven't tried, when I get more money I may try it but for now? I'm grateful for this product because before it? When I was at the gym - doing my IF (Intermittent Fasting), I would get dizzy and now? I don't. Also? Let me address the possibility that this will make you go number 2 unexpectedly. I specifically take 1000 mg of Magnesium Oxide at night to encourage bowel movements; that's pretty high I know but I need it to help me go. I take Magnesium Glycinate during the day to keep me relaxed/calm (for me this doesn't make me go to the bathroom); this product has 120 mg of Magnesium Citrate - that's NOT likely to make you have the runs and? Don't you think the company tested this before putting it on the market? As in why would they market something that's supposed to help you receive electrolytes/hydrate you that would make you eliminate it out so fast? Makes no sense. So why are there some reviewers saying they had terrible diarrhea? I'd say it's more likely that their system is off and instead of bashing the product - why not take half a scoop instead of the whole? So? That's it. I really like this product; the only potential negatives I can see for you (since you're not me :-)) is that you may find it too sweet and it may act too much as a diuretic (you know what I mean....). But for me? This product gets 5 stars! I am so happy to have it help me do my morning workout routine even better!

Electrolytes
It is listed as flavorless however I can taste something not unbearable.it seems to also change the viscosity of the water. I will buy again or until I find something better.

BEWARE: “Same Formula” Claim Is Completely False
If I could, I would give this zero stars. I’ve been using this Raspberry Lemonade electrolyte powder for years, and it used to be one of the best parts of my daily routine — great flavor, clean ingredients, and something I genuinely looked forward to drinking every day. But this new formula (even though the company insists it’s the “same flavor, same formula”) is nothing like the original. It’s a completely different product — and not in a good way. Assuming customers are too stupid to notice the difference in taste and powder is beyond insulting. The flavor is shockingly bad. It tastes artificial, chemical, and downright unpleasant. The aftertaste is so harsh it’s hard to finish a single serving. Even the powder itself looks different, as if something extra was added that simply doesn’t belong. This isn’t a subtle tweak — anyone who used the original formula would notice instantly. I really tried to give it a chance, but it’s honestly undrinkable now. It makes no sense why a company would ruin a product that so many loyal customers relied on and enjoyed for years. Very disappointed. I’ll be looking for an alternative, and I hope the company listens — because this new version is absolutely unacceptable.

great compliment to magnesium supplement
I use this along w/magnesium to treat my atrial fibrilation. It is convenient to stir into juice.

This stuff is amazing!
This stuff is amazing! I've been intermittent fasting for a month and a half and this helps me get through late night and morning cravings and keeps me properly hydrated. It also helps with headaches from mild dehydration. Taste is very neutral (although my wife thinks it smells a bit, I don't notice it as much) and it has been essential on my weight loss journey. I use about half a scoop in 12 ounces of water and that works really well for my body. Highly recommended!

I have been suffering terrible leg cramps at night. Have tried magnesium and was not working. Research suggested that low potassium or general electrolyte imbalance may be the problem. As this product has high level of potassium anlong with magnesium and other minerals I thought I would try it and the cramps have gone. I mix with fresh lemon juice and a bit of ground ginger. Makes for a pleasant night cap.

I need potassium but not sodium, the others have high sodium. The taste is pleasant and it is easy to take. Great product but very expensive, due to the low sodium I will continue ordering, as I have found no other product like this.

Product is 2/3rds of the container. I also bought dr bergs electrolytes to compare and I think I would go for dr bergs next time.
