Great hit with the kids on our trips to the beach and on a lazy weeknight at home - make the best grilled cheeses. It has a good construction and easy to clean, once you figure out how to take apart and put it back together.

This is a wonderful product. I had one before as a gift and needed another for my grandson I taught him how to use it . He is 9 yrs old he takes it camping etc. Loves it. His Mother loves it she never has to make his lunch. he makes his own sandwiches all kinds. he even fried a mashed potato patty in it, weenies ,hamburgers, you name it he has tried it. ten stars **********

I mostly cook for one...this is little sandwich maker is good for a single sandwich, grilling a few veggies, or whatever. Fast cooking and easy cleanup. I chose this product rather than less expensive items of the same type because of the 25-year warranty.

In the description it states it is cast iron. We have an induction cook top. I believe it is cast aluminum, will not work. I gave it to my daughter. I’m waiting to hear from the company, if they make one in cast iron I will buy it.

Excellent product. Safe to use and makes great toasties. Food doesn't leak out. It's nonstick and doesn't take much cleaning. I love it. Would definitely recommend.

UmSt. erscheint erst nach dem Kauf auf der Rechnung. Der Toaster wurde im Urlaub ~5 mal verwendet - die Beschichtung löst sich innen. Einfach nur Schrott.

After seeing a few reviews about the handles falling off, I was a little skeptical when ordering this, but it's such a neat lil device that I just had to give it a go. I don't think I've ever been so happy with a kitchen 'gadget' before. I can't stop making toasted sammiches. This thing is so easy to use and toasts perfectly evenly on both sides. If you pop it on the hob and heat it whilst prepping the sandwich, it takes no time at all to cook it once it's in there. The handles, fortunately, seem sturdy enough on mine so far, after many uses in its first week, and it's been really easy to clean, even when cheese has melted all over it. The oooonly downside is that I got the black one, and right out of the box, it was already looking a little scuffed in places with the silver metal showing through here and there, but for the price I'm not too worried about that.

This is a great little bit of kit to have on hand when the kids need a quick snack. No cleaning required, just whack the gas on, 2 minutes each side and its grilled to perfection. Seems sturdy but I've only used 10 times so time will tell. I butter both outside bits of bread, then stick grated cheese, chorizo & pesto on the dry sides. 90 seconds each side, then open and turn the bread 90 degrees to get a criss cross chargrill effect. Cheese + pesto + chorizo | Cheese + Ham + chutney | Chicken + Spinach + Peppers + Guacamole All lovely.
