I was given a bottle of the Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Multiplying Volume Shampoo,I have fine hair but lots of it, when I used it, (one time only) my hair was so full that I couldn't get a comb through it and was about to throw it away when I thought I should give it to my husband who, at the age of 70 has fine (very thin on top) hair. He has been using it for 2 years now and won't use anything else. It gives his hair more body and it actually looks thicker. as a retired hair designer I now have what seems like more hair to cut. so any ladies or gentlemen out there with very fine hair, This product is on the expensive side but well worth the $$'s and you don't need a lot of it when shampooing. NOTE: this is not a magic hair growth product, But it somehow gives fine hair a much fuller look and feel.

At age 68, I have a lot of hair, as I always did--but it has thinned out and occasionally looks good only when it's humid, but (to me) is rather flat and uninteresting. I try everything--at least once--and although i didn't like the purchase price, I was willing to give this combination a try.The shampoo I was horrified by--it didn't feel like it was cleaning my hair or scalp. My hair felt stiff and very dry (dramatically). I added another shampoo to get some lather and was able to feel that my hair was being cleansed, but still very stiff and dry. (I was very concerned mid-shower!) I tried the conditioner which seemed to reduce the dryness of my hair, but it still felt stiff.Then: blow-drying!! I was surprised that my hair was not difficult to brush since it felt so dry. I noticed after completing one swatch of hair that it was much fuller than ever before (and reminiscent of what hair drying used to be.) As I completed more of the drying, my hair was soft, full, bouncy and dramatically different than it has been in decades! I'm very hard to convince about the effects of the products that I have used (especially anti-aging which promise you the world, and give little back in return), but I am totally sold on this product.

Gentile yet cleansing. Smells mild won't interfere with perfume

The bottles are terrible. It’s nice it comes out slow but after opening it it’s difficult to navigate the twist top. If you haven’t tried the shampoo you need to. It’s great.

I am retired and on a fixed income. I hesitated to buy both the shampoo and cream rinse because of the cost. However, I was desperate because I was tired of dealing with my COVID hair. I came down with COVID in early 2020. I have long COVID and one of the lasting effects was my loss of hair. It just fell out. The result was thin flat hair of all lengths. I have tried several salon products but nothing improved my hair. Today I used the Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Multiplying Volume Shampoo for fine hair. OMG I can't believe that my hair feels and looks thicker, there is no frizz, and it is so soft. I also use Caviar leave-in heat protection spray because I use a blow dryer and iron on my hair. I rarely write feedback for products. This is an exception because of the results of this product. Amazing product.

I love this Cavier product, it's the best. However, for some reason I could not get the product to squeeze out of the bottle no matter how hard I tried. The lid was malfunctioning or something. I finally cut it open with a boxcutter and put it in my own container. I have been purchasing Cavier (the real one) for a decade, never had this problem before.
