Pffft! *by W***H on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2019* The Intel NUC is amazing. It's almost scary how much I appreciate this computer. It's literally smaller in some dimensions than my Samsung Galaxy S9 but packs much more of a wallop. With a plethora of input and output options, including HDMI and USB C Thunderbolt 3, this little device is future proof.The performance is nice and snappy for my common tasks. (I don't plan on doing anything graphic intensive with this, so this is a perfect solution for me. If I were keen on graphics performance, I'd probably attach this to an eGPU. But that's the whole point of this: options and many of them.)The one thing I don't appreciate is the volume of the fan. For such a little guy, it gets pretty loud. Kind of like the next door neighbor's chihuahua. But perhaps the volume is a necessary evil of packing such performance into a small space. Perhaps when Intel moves to a 10 nm process, it'll help with the fan volume.That being said, I would easily recommend this. It's a 4.5 out of 5 for me, with the fan volume being the only obvious con. If you need to fit a high-performing package in a tight space, don't count this guy out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't work properly *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2019* I received this mini computer about a week ago. It is a nice size, starts quickly, and seems to be able to do most things very well. However, it shuts down after 2-4 minutes. I am not sure if it is a sleep mode or off mode, because I am not familiar with how long each would take to start up again. I have tried various fixes suggested on the internet to no avail. I don't know what to do next, but I certainly do not recommend this product until I am able to use mine effectively.Recently I updated the bios. Apparently there was a flaw in the earlier version. The computer works perfectly now. You can update the bios at the manufacturer's page. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome little conference room PC *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2019* I needed a PC for our conference room to run our 80" Samsung monitor. This was perfect, comes ready to use, easy to install behind the monitor and works like a champ. Comes with Win 10 Pro. We run MS office on it and a variety of conference software. Nothing too intense but even so you can hear the fans spinning up and pushing hard. It's a big conference room so it does not bother me but in a small office or at home this could be annoying.
