## Questions & Answers

**Q: which works on acrylic?**
A: I think it would work on many surfaces, but it's not a glue.  Tacky Wax is never permanent.  It's literally just what it says.  I ball up a small portion and put it on the bottom/back of picture frames so that they don't move on the wall once I've hung them.  But if I took the picture down, I just need to wipe/scrape the tacky wax off.  I also use it on the bottom of candles when I put them in glass, etc., to keep them from moving around when I put shells around the base etc.  I hope this helps.

**Q: is this clear ? want it for jewelry photography**
A: It is opaque. It is uncolored wax.

**Q: Can this seal an oak barrel?**
A: I'm about 99% sure the answer is no. This stuff is mostly just goop unless you put it in the freezer and then it turns back to goop as soon as it gets close to room temp.

**Q: Does this leave mark on the support after removing it? I want to use it to fix mini frames on my dollhouse wall.**
A: I use it all the time to "center" my frames.....you know, the ones that always get slightly crooked after a few door slams. I stick a lump of it between the bottom of the frame and the wall to keep it from moving around.  The product is completely colorless - like thick whitish-clear wax that is always slightly melted:  it's sticky - not like honey, but like wax.  So you do have to wipe it completely with something dry.  But it leaves no stain.  I have eggshell paint on my walls.  I don't think it's "moist" enough to stain wallpaper either.  Hope this helps.
