The Push Sports Thumb Brace stabilises and protects the middle thumb joint (MCP-1) and offers relief in case of persisting pain in the thumb as a result of overstretching or sprain of the thumb (skiing thumb). The other thumb and wrist joints keep their freedom of movement. Open all hook and loop fasteners. 1. For initial use only. Place the thumb cap over the thumb, ensuring that the MCP joint fits in the bowl of the thumb cap. Then close the thumb loop diagonally across the cap, ensuring a snug fit, but avoiding any pinching. 2. Slide the thumb cap across the thumb, ensuring the slightly arched thumb fits snugly in the thumb cap. 3. Close the elastic wrist strap at the base of the brace comfortably. 4. Align and fasten the section of the elastic base with the single blue line to the section on the loop with the single blue line. Tighten the elastic fabric comfortably. 5. Wrap the non-elastic strap around the back of the thumb and align and fasten the strap with the two blue lines to the two blue lines on the loop section. Lastly, fasten the yellow tab comfortably on the back of the hand.

Best support ever!
This thumb support has saved me! I had a major injury in volleyball and damaged some soft tissues and even after 5-6 weeks, I still had pain and instability in my thumb. But with this support I've been able to play without any problem. It keeps the thumb in place and prevents further damage and extra movement, yet allows enough freedom to play. The adjustable parts also make it easy to fit your hand. It's amazing!

Worth every penny
I play volleyball a few nights a week, but have developed a problem with my thumb bending backwards when I set a hard driven ball due to Elhers Danlos Hyper Mobility. I refuse to stop playing, so I needed a brace that can hold up to high level play, but still be flexible enough to not get in the way. It took a little getting used to at first but I am able to wear this while I play and it gives me a great deal of support, while still allowing me movement. I love how it is adjustable on the wrist, thumb compression as well as how tight to make the thumb hold to the brace. I have been able to adjust it specifically to my small hand and specific needs. I will also tighten the wrist if I need more wrist support, so I do not need to wear an additional piece.Due to my severity of thumb issue, this worked better than just a compression sleeve, which I also tried. I also use this at night, while biking, playing tennis it pickleball or yardwork when I need the stability for my thumb. While it is not pretty, it is well worth being able to continue to live my life to the fullest and not give up what makes me stay young and active.

Does the job well! Clean often!
Fantastic brace! Have used this for over 2 years now for pickleball! It helps keep me in the game without straining my tenosynovitis and carpel tunnel in pickleball! Now if only I wore it a work then I wouldn't have my current flare up lol Highly recommend so you can keep playing! Just beware it will stink and need to be hand washed often!

Just the brace for golf!
I was looking for a brace that I could play golf in and this brace is the best! I tried a couple of different braces and even taping my thumb. Nothing felt comfortable until I found this brace. I no longer have pain in my thumb swinging my clubs!
