Couldn't find the correct replacement for the laminator but this looked the best bet. Although the mounting holes fitted the motor spindle was too long and needed cutting and filing down to fit.I also hadn't spotted the CW/CCW feature which means the laminator can start going the wrong way.A simple test with a small piece of paper shows which way the motor is running and switching on and off gives it a chance to go in the other direction.

This motor is a suitable replacement for Astralis animated reindeer.The voltage and rotation speed are correct. The motor fits perfectly into the original housing. Two wires to connect, preferably by simple resolder, which I did. Metal shaft slightly shorter, not a problem. Correctly keyed for plastic connecting arm. Note that screw fitting on shaft slightly smaller than original. Replacement screw needed to make the job secure. Would recommend.

I thought id try and fit this into my glow effect Electric fire place as the current unit was getting very noisy and doing the wifes heed in, yes it was beginning to sound like a steam train lol, replacing the fire costs a lot of money and I couldn't trace the part on the Manu's website so decided on a gamble with this product. larger than the original so I adapted its fixings but its speed it about right for the flame effect but be aware that the motor can change direction when turning it on, I wasn't aware of this when I purchased it but thought i had it wired wrongly so changed it over for the same thing to happen and flames dont travel down ward normally !!, however if you flick the power on and off with a slight delay it alternates its direction so happy days, working well and worth the money and effort.

Purchased this to replace a faulty oscillation motor in a portable heater. It was a straight swap to get the heater oscillating again, the only issue was that there is no fixing screw supplied to secure anything to the drive spindle, the drive cog from the old motor fitted perfectly onto the spindle but the original screw was a different thread size so a new screw had to be sourced. Note- the wire ends will need the correct connectors, as I had these, replacement was easy.

Great price and works a treat and was as described although i bought it knowing i would nred to put a 5mm spacer on the motor but this saved me lots of money and i couldnt find one elsewhereOverall great item great price well pleasedMany thanks

Easy to fit I also bought an inline switch.After running for 3 or 4 hours it does get hot to the touch, but does exactly what it says on the tin.
