It's a pretty easy way to remove facial hair. It's an alternative to using tweezers. It pinches a little initially.The downside was that there were no instructions included in the box even though it said there were and that made it a little confusing to learn how to use it at first.This tool is convenient to use when you are traveling because it's small and can fit in your purse or travel bag easily.

Overall, it did finally work for me however it made it very difficult and not user friendly when there were no instructions or manual included even though the package said a manual was included. I spent a while trying to figure out how to use it and after checking some of the reviews received some tips. I was actually surprised no manual or instruction sheet was included since the device doesn't give any clues to look at it.I think if you compare it to tweezers I would prefer this to the tweezers because the one advantage this device has is that it will remove multiple hairs at once whereas tweezers usually plucks one hair at a time. Once I started rolling it back and forth with each hand at either end it did remove the fine peach hairs rather well. Just a warning, it is not pain free as it will pull the hairs out but I would say at least it's quick.If there had been a manual or instruction sheet included I would have given it another star.

I received the product and as a first time user of this type of product, there were no instructions on how to use it. I was lost, after I kinda figured out how to use it, it really didn't work for me at all.

This product works excellent ! There weren't any instructions sob You need to figure out how to use it but once you do it works great my wife used it with ease now
