Had a problem but EXCELLENT customer service!
**UPDATE: As of 1/05/20 Mesh Force has honored their one year warranty and sent me a new mesh force system. I only needed one but they just replaced my original two mesh point order which was very nice of them so now I have three mesh points. They were quick to respond to my email (I reached out to them on their website) and instantly offered to replace my unit. The new ones are working perfectly and I am very satisfied. Thank you Mesh Force!Original Review: I am writing this review at the same time as I have reached out to customer support. I will update this review if they A) have good customer support and B) resolve the issue or replace my defective unit in a timely manner. For starters, I just want to say that, when working, this system is very nice and fast. I live in a 200+ year old log cabin with solid log interior walls with some old stone walls and a huge stone chimney on the interior of the house. This makes it very difficult for us to get a strong wifi signal in all areas of our home. I decided to try a mesh network and this system was working beautifully for about five months. The app is easy to use, it has a very convenient guest network feature and other neat settings / features. Connection was reliable and my alexa smart devices were reacting much more reliably than with our previous Netgear wifi router. After five months my second mesh point disconnected and has been stuck with a Red LED since. Red indicates no connection, it needs to be yellow (low signal) or green (good signal) for the system to be working properly. At first I tried moving the mesh point closer to the first mesh point and re-booted it. Still nothing. The app / troubleshooting on the website says to move it closer so I tried even closer and even got to the point where I put it side by side with the first mesh point that was connected just fine and still would not connect. I then proceeded to perform the other troubleshooting step of deleting the second mesh point from the app, performing a factory reset on the second unit, then re-adding it as a new mesh point. Failed. Tried four or five times, failed every time even as it was side by side with the working first mesh point. This is when i decided to reach out to customer service and write this review. See picture. Additionally, when i first received the mesh network, i noticed that one of them had something rattling around on the inside of the unit like something broke loose. It worked fine when i set it up so figured it was just a piece of loose plastic but now I am suspicious that maybe it was something damaged as it is in the unit that has failed. Also, i just want to point out, there is ZERO info about an included warranty on these units on the amazon listing or on the company website which concerns me. I didn't even think to check to see what the warranty was but, based on the fact that they don't have warranty info anywhere, my guess is either no warranty or useless warranty. I hope they are able to help me as a mesh system that works for five months is ridiculous. I will update this review if they provide good customer service and a replacement for my defective mesh point.

Meshforce M1 to the rescue!
Written by my husband…Our original router was the built-in router with our AT&T modem, with the wifi being as expected (pretty poor!). We had trouble getting signal throughout the house, even after AT&T installed an extender. The performance has been getting steadily worse as the kids get older and we start having more and more devices on the network (phones, tablets, laptops, Xbox, NAS, printers, and the list goes on…). So, I have been looking for a new solution for awhile. I ran across the Meshforce M1 system and figured to bite the bullet, based on the reviews I have seen. It’s been a week so far and I am quite happy with its performance.I haven’t shut down the original wifi network, so that I could run tests of the wifi networks side-by-side. I tested through all the rooms of the house and see a 10%-20% speed improvement in the wifi everywhere I checked. I plan on cutting the cord this summer, so will become that much more dependent on having good wifi. So, putting this in place makes me feel much more confident on telling DirectTV goodbye!Being a geek who has worked in tech for 20+ years, I was ready to tackle the pains that almost always come with standing up new devices. But, I have to say in this case the experience was really plug-and-play… hardest part was getting the wiring run from the router!Of course, nothing is perfect but the issues I found didn’t really relate to the Meshforce M1 but rather to the whole class of product. So, I didn’t feel it fair to ding any starts since the product worked exactly as promised.Pros------1. Setup was a breeze… plugged in the first point and was quickly discovered and setup via the app; second point easily configured once connected2. I like the idea of parental controls, even though I haven’t tried it too much; the controls are pretty high-level (internet on/off, without regard to app), so I don’t think it will be very useful other than setting strict screen off times3. Guest network is a nice feature as kids come over and have friends wanting to get on the wifi. Not that I don’t trust them, but keeping them off the internal network is nice!4. Points are small and pretty easy to blend in (see picture… dropped one in between some tchotchkes on a shelf)Cons------As I said, these are more issues with the class in general, not the Meshforce M1 product1. I have a number of devices currently hard-wired into my modem/router (either to improve performance or because the devices don’t have wifi); these mesh points are designed with only one output Ethernet port (presumably to keep the footprint smaller). This is leading me to need to either (a) add a Ethernet hub as third device to the setup (where there used to be just the modem/router) or (b) keep the wired network from the modem/router, but disable its wifi. I think I will go with option B… just means that the wired and wifi devices will be on different internal subnets2. The instructions about mesh point placement are serious! The first few (most convenient) locations were surrounded by other stuff and the mesh point was not able to sync up there. I had to move it to a more inconvenient (but clear) spot. The only impact is that there is a part of the house where the speed is a bit lower than it could beOverall, I am very satisfied with this product, especially not getting complaints all the time about the wifi being slow or down!

Mesh WiFi System that is Well Priced and Works Great!
I have been using the Meshforce Wifi System (2 Pack) for about a week now and I am very pleased. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and the wireless router we were given with the apartment had a signal that reached throughout the apartment, but the internet speed and connection reliability were fuzzy in the bedroom. THIS MESHFORCE SYSTEM FIXED THOSE ISSUES! I have 1 mesh point in the living room and 1 in the bedroom and they both put out strong signals and my devices (5-6 at a time) automatically connect to the best one.Setup was easy with the My Mesh app. I plugged it into my current router and it automatically detected what type of connection was needed to make it work. I even have my desktop plugged into the main mesh point's ethernet port and that works great! Setting up the 2nd point was easy as well and the app guided me through the whole process. The power adapters have a slight noise when you are really close to them, but you cannot really hear them otherwise and they work great. The 2 Pack even came with a nice ethernet cord so you don't have to worry about getting anything else to set up this system in your home! I opened the box and had everything set up in 15 minutes or less.Customer service is hard to get a hold of.
