The item came with total French instructions. labelling and packaging. Worst still a European plug without England adapter.

This was so difficult to try and work out how to use. Then when we did use it it did not work at all. Ended up in the bin. Disappointing!

Bof… Très moyen…. J’ai tenté cet achat car le prix me paraissait attractif et j’ai décidé de passer outre les commentaires plutôt mitigés. À première vue, l’appareil semble de bonne qualité, parfaitement emballé et reçu en bon état. À l’utilisation, je suis septique. La lampe fonctionne, mais pour des diagnostics efficients elle n’est pas assez puissante. Je pense que pour une utilisation domestique sur des animaux (la teigne par exemple) elle pourra être efficace. Pour une utilisation à visée esthétique ou dermatologique elle ne révèle pas grand-chose alors que mon ancienne lampe (qui a rendu l’âme) dévoilait la plus petite des imperfections. Le tissu noire de la chambre d’examen est un peu trop étroit à mon goût! Pour des visages bien ronds j’ai fabriqué un modèle plus large qui est plus confortable pour les clients. Très honnêtement, j’aurais dû renvoyer cet article car il n’est pas performant pour mon activité. Je l’ai néanmoins gardé en attendant d’en trouver un de qualité supérieure.
