Marvel Select: Incredible Hulk Action Figure for 14 years and up

I've been collecting marvel select figures for quiet awhile now but this hulk figure is the most impressive figure that marvel select ever released in my opinion. so I decided to pick this one up and I was in shock how massive this figure is haha he towers over the Spidey, Deadpool and Wolverine which makes sense, so once you open the package you will first notice the figure he has some really nice dark and light green tone's to him even his iconic ripped purple pants are really awesome you can see the wrinkles and tearing which gives that realistic look as well. Now the face sculpt is my favorite part very well done on Marvel Select's part you can see hulk grinding his teeth together and scowling at somebody or something making that feel he's going to smash who ever ticked him off the only accessory he comes with is a poorly beatin concrete base giving that look there's been some serious battle going on even the paint application on that is really nice. In some reviews some people don't like the black wash over this particular hulk figure but I'm fine with it no problem. any way if your a fan of HULK or marvel select then I would highly recommend this cause this is a figure that you don't want to miss out on.Articulation: head ball joint, ball joint shoulders, swivel at the elbow joints awell standard joints at the elbows, swivel wrists, ball jointed thighs, waist moves left n right, swivel at the knees including standard joints at the knees, then for the feet moves up and down.Height: 10 inchesOverall score 10/10

Even though other reviewers made it clear that this was one of the better Marvel Select figures, I was still pleasantly surprised at the actual size, weight, and detail of my new Hulk! I bought this figure, along with another Select figure (Deadpool) at the same time. It pleased me that they were scaled well compared to each other - the hulk is the larger of the 2 figures - by height, width, and overall size...just as it should be.In my opinion, this figure would work equally well as a toy for a child (it is substantial enough to hold up to moderate abuse from my 7 year old...POSSIBLY even my 4 year old), and as a display figure - which is how he is being used.I am so pleased with the 2 Marvel Select figures, that I will have no hesitation in adding more figures to the collection monthly - my goal is to have a 'montage' of action scenes on a display table. If I ever get to that point, I will post the pictures.

These Marvel Select action figures are truly to scale! I ordered this Hulk, which is about 10 inches tall along with the brown costume Wolverine, which is close to 6 inches because I wanted to create an awesome effect when I put them next to each other; and let me tell you, it looks awesome! I ordered the brown costume Wolverine because all the reviews online said the other Marvel Select Wolverine's were about 1 inch taller. I can't confirm the size of the other Wolverine's because I only own the brown one but either way, all characters will look puny next to this Hulk. The detail and coloring on this Hulk is amazing. The parts are a little stiff, probably not ideal for a young kid, but I don't play with him other than occasionally placing him in random spots around the house to spook my girlfriend, like some sort of gnome Hulk ready to smash.Great buy, I would definitely recommend this toy to anyone looking for a Hulk figure to put on display.

This Hulk looks angry. Scary angry. But instead of not liking him when he's angry, I love him! Or maybe I at least like him a lot. If you buy this figure as part of your collection, it would be an eye-catcher for sure. If you buy it for your kid (or yourself) to play with as a toy, then I feel bad for all of the other toys because they don't stand a chance.I am not sure what this figure is made out of, PVC is what I've heard, but regardless, it feels like it's been carved from wood. The painting is well done and the details are top-notch.The only reason it's not five stars is because he's much too stiff in some of his articulation points. Especially the shoulders and wrists. I can't even turn one wrist because of fear of breaking it, and the right shoulder can't really do much without the paint rubbing off or scratching.

This figure is massive. The scale is perfect to fit in with marvel legend figures. If you like hulk you got to get this one. He is very detailed. Heavy and very durable. This figure does come with a nice base as it claims.It lacks articulation but on this figure I don't care.The only thing I noticed is the paint is a little cheap. I moved the right arm and it rubs the chest/arm pit area of the body and was messing up the paint. Don't know if that's gonna happen with more figures or if I was the lucky one. Yeah me!!Bottom line is you need to get it if you like hulk

Impressive detail and good quality materials. It looks better in person than in the photo. Had I seen one on sale at a convention I would have anticipated a price of $50-$100 based on the size and materials, not the $20 it is selling for on Amazon. It has a decent heft to it, and the surface paint and textures feel better than standard materials on similarly priced toys. Just a really high quality item that will look great on a shelf with other collectibles.One piece of advice, have a pair of wire cutters ready when you unbox it or you will have a very frustrating experience. Lots of metal wire twist ties holding the figure in the packaging.

My son loves! Great detail, good coloring and shadowing. Great size, it's realistic with his other action figures because hulk is the right amount larger in comparison so it created the right picture when they're side by side. Best of all it's sturdy. It survived a show and tell at school which consisted of being dropped and accidentally stepped on. It also has a good amount of weight to it too. It's face is ugly but in a good way. I don't mind this interpretation of hulks face, I think it's very early comic book like. Would definitely recommend.
