A "must" in the discipline of Corporate Governance
This is the first time for me to write and submit a review about a book, despite that I have bought hundreds of books in my life. For such a great book, I feel obliged to tell other readers of how good the book is. Mr. Tricker has provided valuable knowledge about how companies, in different continentals should be governed.

Good book!
Used towards my MBA. One of the few books I enjoyed reading. My colleague didn't enjoy it as much, but if you enjoy reading books with a legal perspective, you'll like this book. I did!!
