Probably the best choice I have made for my health. It does still have a strong apple cider vinegar taste but the mix with tumeric,ginger, honey cinnamon and cayenne makes it doable. I have been doing these shots once every day for the past 2months all I can say is miracle in a shot the health benefits have been showing.

I like the shots because it’s has the correct amount of ingredients and convenient to take with you’re traveling, but I mixed mines in water and take it at night. I’m very pleased with purchasing this product also I can tell the difference I’m not bloated and I have lost several pounds within 2-weeks

Very good, just as I expected

Received my package today. It showed up in a box that has clearly been opened and then taped up again. The product looks used. I am not drinking them and it says it’s not eligible for return. So what a waste of twenty dollars. When it comes to food items it is unacceptable to ship something in that poor of condition.

First i want to admit taste is subjective…This stuff takes me back to college, but not in a good way. No this stuff reminds me of a night i had one to many vodka sour drinks and spent a good portion of the night throwing up.Aftertaste is like a spicy burp.Burns the throat like bile.And makes my stomach feel wrong. Def don’t drink this stuff on an empty stomach.Im gonna try adding it to a bottle of water to see if its any better. I will update my review if it is. I usually drink a 32 ounce water bottle of 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of honey and the rest just water. Way better tasting than this stuff.

I don't have to find each ingredient. It's all in one convenient drink. I think it helps. My a1c dropped from 6.4 to 6.1. I've been doing the things I've needed to do and still worth energy penny. Keep up the good work. PPS could you make the shots stronger ? Much love
