Natural First Flow Nipple, 4 Pack, SCF657/43

These were perfect for my breastfeed baby to take a bottle. Didn’t have nipples confusion and she actually has to work to get the milk. I haven’t had any issues with leaking if it’s installed correctly. The hole size is perfect and we have been using from 5 weeks until 8 weeks and I can’t see myself changing even though she’s older. The slow flow prevents gas and spit up because she can gulp large amounts at once.

These are my favorite nipples for our preemie, and the only nipples that he could actually pull from for the first few weeks.

We have used these nipples with all three children. There is minimal leakage and they are highly durable. The size is accurate to the age. The flow rate is also accurate to age. Will continue to use these and highly recommend.

My son gulps down his bottles and these nipples have really helped slow him down, reduce air in his feeds, and overall improved the experience. They fit in his mouth, which has been an issue due to a tongue tie and rarely leak. Overall the design in good and this is a quality product. I purchased 2 sets of these nipples for additional bottles.

This is not the natural response nipple. This is the same flow rate as the natural response size 2 (the one that comes with the 4oz bottles). Great to start with newborn. Durable, only leaks if you don't put it on right away. Price is good but I wouldn't recommend buying these specific nipples unless you've done your research on the 2 kinds of nipples they have for the natural response avent bottles..

We love these bottle nipples in our house! We do not have nipple confusion in this it house with these nipples. My son can seamlessly go between nursing and these bottle nipples without nipple confusion.

I really liked these and so does my 3 month old, used them from a few weeks old. Stage 1 (that came with the bottles) the flow is too fast but these are gentle and perfect for newborn. These do have a very natural, slow, breastfeeding like flow. Also, the design itself caused no nipple confusion and I found it to fit her very close to what and how my breast do. I tried other ones and they caused air gaps on the sides of her mouth. These contour nicely when she latches and dont leave any gaps. The nipples have the stage number printed on them as well, which helped in making sure I wasn't using the faster flow ones that came with the bottle. The only problem I have with them is that they started to yellow after a few weeks of use and I dont sterilize them constantly, about twice a week. Usually wash with hot water and soap. I keep bottles separate from any other dishes, use a separate sink and brush. So I dont understand why that has happened. The material doesn't seem weaker or anything like that, just yellowed. Why I only gave 4 stars. Overall though, I do recommend them, I really liked them and most importantly baby likes them too.

My son was breast fed for the first 5 months of his life and hated every other nipple we tried! The moment we started on these nipples paired with the bottles he started eating better and gave this tired mama a break 😂
