It's great; quick read and you probably won't see any surprises. But it's helped me drive understanding with people new to the concepts. Giff and Frank nail the value props behind the techniques, and have given us a shared language at work to better critique our experiments.It's a concise, practical primer to get the beginner going, refresh/remind the intermediate on the what, how & why, and maybe even bring the advanced back to the core they've forgotten

I have been practicing Lean Startup and Design Thinking for many years now, and this book does an amazing job of distilling all the other books on this subject into the essentials. I am buying this book for all the lean innovation teams I coach. Great job Giff and Frank!

The authors of this book crush it, by giving an actionable guide with a really interesting story. They break down the steps to testing product ideas in an easy to digest way. And, the book is super fast to read!
