Great book for newborn to practice tummy time with
I bought this to add to my 2 month old’s book collection, despite some of the negative reviews. She LOVES it. Especially the last page, where you can fold out the two last pages to create 4. There’s a mirror at the end and my little one loves looking at the faces and then herself. When changing each page, I let her study and observe and make funny noises when reading out the text. She gets excited and chortles at each page. The pages are thick enough to leave the book up and open, great as you don’t need to hold onto book.Overall, a fantastic book for a newborn.

Great Contrast for Newborns to Focus On
I was looking for a black, white & red contrast book for newborns. Baby is just 4 weeks and it really grabs his attention and focus! Just stares at it with that newborn wide-eye look lol. It's a simple book with the basic of stick-faces but I only needed it for his 1st 8 weeks or so. It's done the trick. There's much better picture books out there for the next phases.

Nice quality, I'm sure baby will like it
Bought as a gift, and seems lovely quality. It's not big (only 6 pages) but very chunky. Seems like it will make a good baby-attention grabber, lots of bright colours and big pictures.

Lovely little book
Bought for my 12 week old granddaughter together with another 'new baby ' bookIt definitely holds her attention for short periods but I have to admit that she seems to prefer the other book which is soft so she can grasp and make scrunching noises - I'm guessing this may change as she grows - a nice little book

Babies favourite book
Baby is 6 days old and this is the only book that seems to get his attention so far. He loves the contrast between the black, white and yellow of the patterns.
