Good stuff. Makes a good snack but I would not call it a meal replacement. It does take some edge off of hunger though.I would order chocolate again. To make it sweeter, sometimes I add sugar because I am after the extra protein.

I've reviewed other Nature's Plus Spiru-Tein products. I highly recommend them for weight loss, or if you are concerned you're not getting enough nutrients. Put powder ON TOP of your liquid and use an immersion blender and you'll get a smooth shake.

I like the taste of the Spiru-Tein Whey protein drinks. It leaves me satisfied and has enough minerals and vitamins for a meal. I used this for several weeks 3 times a day (with no other food) and lost a pound a day.

They went overboard with the thickeners. When used with cow or nut milk, it becomes unpourable.

I have been using the regular chocolate Spirutien for years. I wanted to use less soy so I tried this version. Taste is fine but you must use 2 scoops instead of 1. More $ for amount. We just were not sold on it. We are back to our long time favorite!

I found out that I shouldn’t have Whey Protein because of a medical problem. I’ve tried to cancel it but wasn’t able to. I would like topick up a soy free protein instead.

Love it ,Is a staple. But price is driving me to Generics! They needPrice controls!

Good taste and has a lot of vitamins.
