It's only 1 box - I bought it for someone else, so I'm not sure how many bags are in the box, but it isn't a large box (the person I got it for was unable to find it at her grocery anymore, but she said it was the same size box she'd purchased previously for $3.99 there). I frankly expected it to be bigger for the price.
