Knog

I wanted a bell that would blend into my handlebars without being an obvious dome plonked on the top. This is very subtle, and stylish. Mine is black and it blends with then handle bars. The ring tone is nice, not at all piercing. It is not the loudest sound, but car drivers aren't going to hear you anyway. Pedestrians and other cyclists can hear it well.

After reading so many negative reviews I was a bit hesitant. The shape not being a "bell" probably compromises a bit of the resonance. However in a cycle path I had no trouble alerting people of my approximation, as intended. The note is nice and overall it's athletically pleasing. 1 star deducted for the high price though :) Let's see if it holds this way, if it does I'm happy.

Perfect addition to my retro bike! Beautiful design and style matches the gold accents like break leavers and breaks on my bike. The ring is the clearest and long lasting thing I’ve ever heard on two wheels.

Very pretty but made almost no noise. This is the second Knog bell I’ve had and this one was only slightly less disappointing. At least this one didn’t break on the first trip out. It feels like a quality item, but looks very easy to break. The ring was quite variable. From a dull non-reverberating dink to a slightly sonorous but extremely quiet ting. I can’t recommend this one and I don’t think I’d buy another Knog device. A real shame, so much style.

As many have said, its not the loudest but the high pitch makes up for that a little. looks great.

Looks fantastic. Normal bells are not cool these look brilliant on the bars. Originally bought the large thinking a mountain bike would be thicker but actually only needed the small to put it by the gear lever. That’s when the good parts end. It’s pretty quiet, a nice sound but doesn’t travel. A cheap bell is much louder. It is also flimsy as hell I’ve broken 2 in 6 months. The hammer sticks out and is held in place with a spring which is too easy to knock off or the spring lose it’s strength. Not good considering the too high price

Die Knog Oi Luxe Fahrradklingel ist für mich die derzeit beste Fahrradklingel auf dem Markt. Zugegeben sie Sie ist nicht billig, aber jeden Cent wert! Sie wird in einer schönen Box inclusive eines Inbusschlüssel zur Befestigung geliefert. Die Montage ist innerhalb 1 Minute erledigt, da weder Bremsgriffe oder Schaltung demontiert werden muß. Die Montageschelle ist schön massiv und nicht ein billiges Metallband. Die Befestigung erfolgt mit einer Inbusschraube. Sie besitzt ein sauber gefertigtes Veganes Lenkerpolster um Kratzer zu verhindern. Gegenüber dem Vorgängermodell wurde der Klingelgeber wesentlich verbessert, was zum einen das Handling verbessert und zu einer längeren Haltbarkeit führen dürfte. Der Klangfarbe meiner Oi mit Messingkörper ist sehr angenehm. Sie klingt laut, sehr klar und schwingt langanhaltend aus,..kein billiges Alugeschepper. Sie passt mit ihrem dezenten Design zu jeder Art von Bike, und bietet sich auch als wunderbares Geschenk an. Für mich ist die Oi Luxe was Design, Verarbeitung und Klang angeht die Königin der Bikeclock,..dafür gibt es ohne wenn und aber gerne 5 Sterne.

Déçu, très déçu, ce n'est pas ce que j'attends d'une sonnette... Et puis surtout on s'attend a un produit qui marche bien pour ce prix... Pour 3 fois moins cher, il y a mieux en sonnettes qui sonnent...
