It's a perfect fit.
The canopy was a perfect fit and so easy to install. it took me 20 minutes to remove the old rotting one and install the new one. It was a tight fit but once I got it on it is absolutely beautiful. We get a little wind here and I try to bring it down when it gets blowing hard but the rip stop material seems pretty stout. It's only been up a week and the original was on for five years in the sun and inclement weather so I can't wait to see how this one holds up.

Doesn’t fit Lowe’s Original Cantilever but nicely built
This is a 2-Piece, Dual level type while mine is a 2-piece single level. Wish I’d have caught this earlier and realized in advance. Giving 5-stars because not their fault. It’s just a design difference. The fabric was strong and appeared well made w/reenforced stitching. Red color was a little muted and sort of looked like a mahogany red but it would’ve been fine. I imagine this would have made the color last longer and be resistant to fade. The circle is more what looked like in real life. The red umbrella is another vendor replacement so not to be misled by color. Showed just for structure difference.

DON'T BUY AND THIS IS WHY.....
Good quality and fit perfectly was my day 1 impression. Six months in and the Maroon/Cinnamon color is fading to an off-white color and we only line in Tennessee; not Florida were that might be normal. Didn't even make it one season. The fit was correct but that doesn't make a difference when the color completely fades out.

Glad it’s still available as replacement
The original one lasted for about 5-6 years and the fabric was thicker and the color stayed true longer.This one fits perfectly. But after a year of use, the red color faded about 50% and noticed a lot of wear on the fabric. I was expecting a more durable Sunbrella fabric. I have a waterproof cover on during off-season and I plan to get another replacement one more time and a backup while it’s still available.

Hope it works out
Just received my canopy today and just finished installing it. It took me about 30 minutes by myself to install. The bottom portion was easy. The small top portion is where the trouble is. It will fit if you take your time tug just a bit more than you think. As other people have mentioned it does not deploy all the way out because of the material. For the price point i believe 100 dollars or less is a fair price for this product. Only time will tell if it will hold up but I am already on the fence looking at the stitching on the material as you can see in my photos. It provides shade and fits so I am happy but will not be happy it only holds up for a couple of uses. Will update my review after the summer season is over.

Very nice umbrella.
Fabric is very nice, not a heavy as the old one. Looks great on the patio. Only complaint is instruction were not Included. I did watch a YouTube video on how to put in on. Took me longer than expected, but I two loops twice. I fits perfectly and a great produce.
