Don't de-claw until you try these first!
Keeps our cat from scratching! Was very close to scheduling a de-claw procedure as nothing would keep our 1 yr old cat from scratching my curtains and dining room chairs! I ordered these as a final try before having her declawed because I really feel bad about the procedure, but at the same time couldn't have her constantly scratching up our stuff. My kids love them and think they are cute. The cat doesn't mind us putting them on at all, and has never offered to bother them. Occasionally one or two may fall off after 2-3 weeks but just pop on another and good to go. Usually they stay on about a month but our cat is very active. On a more relaxed cat they'd probably stay on much longer.

SCRATCH FREE!!
I’m a fan of these they were easy to apply and seem to be a great alternative to declawing. Saves my furniture and now my cat can’t scratch me or my baby so I’m happy about that!! Now the cat isn’t super excited about them but I’m hoping he gets used to them. They’ve been on him for about an hour so we will see how they hold up & if he gets better. For the first 15 minutes all he did was lick and bite at them.Update ::: he got used to them pretty quickly. Only one has fallen off in a month span so they stay on good!

Happy customer here
While my kitten is a little uncertain about the new additions on his paws, I’m very pleased. This has made it possible for my sweet furry baby to sit on the lap of my younger son and my son isn’t scared of being scratched. I’m a happy customer. I was worried that it would be difficult to apply, but I was actually able to put them on my kitten by myself.

Total Game Changer
Oh my goodness! These are awesome! My cat was really starting to use my furniture for scratching despite my efforts to provide cat friendly alternatives. I didn’t want to take his claws but trimming and filing wasn’t helping. So glad I found these!! They were pretty easy to put on, the cat doesn’t seem to mind them and it stopped the damage! They are very low cost by comparison. I put the first set on the day they arrived and not one has fallen off in two weeks. I’m sure we will both get better with the application process but these things are a total marriage saver for me, my husband was getting very frustrated with the cat, and now he likes him again! Woo hoo!

Kitty won't like them (at first), but you will!
We recently moved and our 2 cats began scratching at furniture and flooring. I bought these hoping they would help, they did! They work great, you do need to be a little careful when applying-it is applied with superglue, after all. My cats got used to them and we took some funny videos of kitty's with painted nails walking fun when we first applied them!

So far, so good.
Our 7-month old cat was getting to where he wanted to climb curtains and scratch on everything. We were prepared to have him declawed, even though we really did not want to. On a hunch my son said we should try these. Here's what we've found:1. You need to also get a clippers and clip the tip of the nail off. Our cat was definitely not thrilled about this, but we got through it. Plan on having help.2. The nail covers are easy to apply. We got the size small and our cat weighs about 8 lb at this time. The covers fit just fine over his nails. Again, it will probably be a 2 person job, but it went quickly.3. We filled the hollow nail caps about 1/3 full. They slipped on easily and the glue hardens fast.4. The cat did try to pull them off, but was unsuccessful. We also distracted him during his first evening wearing them.5. None have fallen off yet, and we're on the third day. He now pays no attention to them at all. He can retract and extend his nails just like before, but they don't damage things now. Also, we only did the front feet. I don't think the back feet need to be done. Here's the important thing:. The undesirable behaviors stopped immediately. I don't know if the cat can sense that it doesn't have the ability to grasp things with its front claws anymore, but for whatever the reason, he has not attempted to scratch furniture or pull the curtains down since we put these on.We know we will have to repeat this as his nails regrow and the caps fall off. Nonetheless, it's a small financial and time sacrifice, and we won't have to declaw him now. Also, the bright colors of the caps make it easy to check if he still has them over all his claws. We were skeptical, but so far these are working great.EDIT - We are finding we need to do about 2-3 caps per week, on average. Some of this is probably due to nail growth and some to them coming off. Our cat is much less interested in trying to take them off as time goes by, so the Cat Acceptance Factor is improving. All in all, we figure we spend about 3-5 minutes per week maintaining these claws on him. We will gladly do this vs. having him de-clawed.

Great but be prepared lol
Product is great but cats do not enjoy these being put on. They should come with a tranquilizer gun to make it easier.

Soooo ...
First ... my cat hates them and tries to bite and claw me when putting them on. I find it's much easier with 2 people. One can hold the cat... possibly ... by the scruff... to avoid getting bit and clawed at, while the other installs. She immediately tries to pick them off after installing them but the glue, if done right, stays pretty well.I find they stay on anywhere from 2 weeks to a month depending on where your cats claw shed cycle is at.The bonus however... your furniture, your legs when the cat loses balance and tries to use her claws for traction, your chest when she starts kneading while enjoying her ear rub and the dogs face when she decides she doesn't like him anymore... is safe for at least the next 2 weeks.I also find if you keep putting them on regularly, the cat eventually just accepts them and stops picking at them all the time.

UPDATED REVIEW: I don't like these anymore
Another update Jan 8, 2022Sometimes the glue works so good these don't fall off. My cat started to walk funny and I noticed that because she isn't able to shed her nail it started to curl back inwards toward her paw pad (multiple nails) After finally being able to cut off this huge nail I realized it was starting to do some serious damage to her pad. The pad is tender and bleeding. I'm so happy I was able to cut this off and realize just what it was doing to her. I've thrown them in the garbage and will never use again. I now feel as if these are borderline animal cruelty because I'm sure alot of people never realize just what is happening.(See new photos)These are absolutely wonderful!!I changed from 3 to 4 stars because the product is well worth the money even with the minor annoyances I explain below.Prevents cat scratching children and furniture.Look nice too on the kittiesBought because cat kept scratching my kid and we don't want to declaw the cat. They absolutely work as long as they stay on. You need to cut nail first, and use the glue and then stick on.-1 star the glue leaks out of the back of bottles provided, it has a screw cap and maybe it wasn't on tight when I tried it the first time, but I got super glue all over my hands it it was uncomfortable.-1 star you need to Clean out the glue nozzle tips because the super glue dries inside and this cloggs up the hole. I used a drill bit. These little tiny tips must cost 100 of them for $0.05 so I mean, I wish it came with 40 of them. Not 5. Some people don't have this skill or tool. So once you've done 5 applications you'll be left with 100 caps and no glue. Regardless, not a deal breaker for the actual product working as Intended.Hard to put on because cats... Are cats... They hate it it first. But it does not take very long for them to get used to it.Check everyday to ensure the caps are still on. I find they fall off 1 at a time every 2 weeks ish. Some stay longer, some fall off sooner. Just keep looking daily while petting your friend, and when one falls off trim the nail again if you have to, and put on a new one.Wear gloves when applying these to so you don't get glue on your hands. This isn't the products fault necessarily.. But the cats wiggle and scratch about so it can be a challenge. Ensure you glue end cap is on tight.

Not impressed
These were a nightmare to Apply. I'm questioning the morality of this item for a cat. It's essentially crazy glue... If you choose to use these... Make sure you slather on Vaseline to Your hands and possibly rubber gloves or you will be covered in annoying crazy glue and possibly stuck to your cat.

Cute and comfortable!
These are adorable! I have previously used another brand for a kitten about 8 years ago, but wanted to give this one a try since it was significantly cheaper! I'm so glad I did!You get 100 nail caps in nice colors which will last you for around 5 applications if you do all of your cats nails. Each pack of 20 also comes with an individual glue bottle too, so you don't have to deal with dried up glue for the next application!I only put these on today, but other brands tend to last 4-6 weeks, so for the $7 I paid, I'll have 5 months worth of nail caps and glue in adorable colors! I will definitely be buying more of these. My kitten barely even noticed them once he was on his feet and playing.
