Great product for skin, hair, nails, joints & bones. Silica is important, but the western refined diet has lead to decreased intake of this important mineral. This product is a highly bioavailable form of silica. I read some complaints of people getting an allergic rash. When i initiated the product about 7 years ago(give or take), i got a brief episode of mild hives. Either the formulation changed, they improved the purity of the manufacturing to minimize the allerlgens, or my body got used to it, but i've never gotten any rash since. I've taken it daily with zero side effects.

I'm very happy I found this product. These work great. I've noticed hair growth. They are not huge vitamins so easy to swallow. No taste. They are a bit expensive but do go on sale.

The product is fine. I’ve been taking for about 6 or 7 months. I’m still not seeing improvements in my hair, but I know I’m supposed to give it a year. I took a star off bc of how long it took to ship. I didn’t have any to take for 4 or 5 days, so I hope I’m not starting all over.

I have never taken a supplement that could actually see the benefits. I went vegan years ago and developed a bald spot on the side of my head from not eating enough nutrients/protein.
