This is a booklet, not a book. Incomplete. All throughout the book in each small chapter, if you want the rest of the info like scripts, forms, letters to send to families, etc, all of which are purposefully left out, the book instructs you to go to a website and pay to get this info. The major ways taught to search for probate are archaic. Much was left out. This book is more of a commercial for buying a program. Extremely disappointing.

Vague as vague gets
Disappointed! This book was entirely too vague and very surfacie . No depth what so ever. If you want a general & not specific idea of probate, then yes, this book is for you. But if you actually want to acquire real estate through probate and not go to jail because you broke some probate or real estate law that was not mentioned in this book, I suggest getting a more in depth and systematic book. This book is for the person who dreams of doing, not the person who actually will do.
