Great support, a little difficult to install
I really like this item. It is pretty sturdy for my father although he only weight about 130lb from cancer. He loves that he can fold it up so it is out of the way when he has the strength to stand in the shower. It was a little difficult to install through the tile and as this house is pretty old, we had to use different supports (I forget the proper name.) overall a very good product to buy.

Poor Quality Control
Seem the unit I got was built upside down. Really most of you are thinking just turn it over. But it has 3 attachment points, 2 the top cross bar and one on the bottom cross bar. You can’t turn it over because the swing mounts holes were drilled on the bottom not the top. Poor QC.

I wouldn't
The anchors provided will not work properly if you build up support studs. Damaged the seat trying to beat the anchors back far enough spread out behind the stud. Otherwise this would have been returned. My parent weighs a hundred and ten pounds and I wouldn't let her use it. Keep safety in mind and look for a different seat elsewhere. This one's in a dumpster.
