Okay I love Monin syrups. But this has apparently went bad! I couldn't wait to smell the aroma of brown butter. But when I opened it all I smelled was a liquor smell. I got this yesterday and was going to do a return. As soon as I clicked the start a return button, it came up not returnable. And doesn't give a reason. And won't let me tell them what the problem is. I'm very disappointed because I was planning on ordering more flavors but that won't happen! I ordered another flavor for a Christmas present. Now I'm worried about it. I'm so disappointed!

This one is great with other flavors (ESPECIALLY BUTTER PECAN)

The description made it sound as though this was going to be the best syrup we ever tasted....nothing really special about it..prefer the caramel

I was really was looking forward to using this because I tried a brown butter latte at our local cafe. i guess I am not using the right amount because I am not getting the brown butter flavor. I definitely can smell it but I only get the sweetness of the syrup.

So delicious!

This paired with a chocolate chip cookie syrup made the best combo for an iced latte at home. The syrup has the perfect consistency, sweet but not sticky. Nice natural taste and not artificial. Will definitely purchase again
