I needed this 12 years ago when I was seeking treatment for chronic neck pain, caused mainly by a cervical bone spur irritating a nerve. My physical therapist could temporarily alleviate the pain by manually separating my cervical vertebrae, which is exactly what this ingenious product does. Very comfortable and adjustable. I've been inflating it via blowing instead of using the squeeze-bulb, then insert a small cylindrical object into its tube to keep it inflated.

I was having neck pain and couldn't get any relief. I used this for about an hour a day for almost a week and it has made it disappear. My chiropractor told me that they could realign my vertebrae for $2600 over the course of y months, but this works and didn't cost almost $3k. I recommend it for chronic or occasional neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Hurts realigning but when you finally break through it, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Didn’t do anything for a sore neck or back and it is poorly designed. The hand pump works horribly because the air kept releasing out of the neck pillow and so I had to try to pump extra fast to beat the air that was trying to escape. Unfortunately didn’t return it in time so I ended up tossing it. I gave it three stars for comfort because it was not uncomfortable it just didn’t do anything beneficial

I am quite suspicious of these reviews. Notice most all were submitted on December 19, 2017. As well, they mostly all contain poor English grammar and mention the shipping and price.
