Most amazing acne patch, my emergency patch!
I’m obsessed with these patches, why?I have hormonal acne that flares up every time I’m near to my monthly red flag, I normally get big and cystic acne that hurts, normally I use the Original Rael patches but I find this very effective healing acne scares and prevent it from scaring, down side is I have to pop it or wait till it has fuse or open side or else it won’t be useful so ending picking on it. Trust me it does work normally 3 days and clears it up completely.. on the other hand this microneedle patches is little different, I use this on open fuss and sure it clears it up in just a day max 2 days but the best part is on those painful cystic bumps that’s just starting to flare up but hurts i actually use this (hard press, to make sure those micro needle goes inside the skin) and guess what??! Wake up I’m the morning and I’m so amazed this actually helped Lower down the bump and kinda heals it, so far I use this consistently and it takes about 3 days to heal an acne spot..So recap - original Rael patches are perfect for healing open fuss acne or any cuts, even warts! Yes it actually work on warts just need to use about 4 patches (leave it overnight best results)While microneedle acne patch does the same but with extrA push of micro needles that actually penetrate on the skin deeper (hard press leave it overnight) perfect for cystic acne (also works on warts (I noticed it actually dries it out and peel it off which is amazing) so love this patches!FYI it doesn’t hurt, also you’ll be amazing when you remove the patch next morning you’ll see the needle like are gone! (Melts on your skin)

Works amazing on cysts but be careful about scaring post application.
Expensive but unlike the regular colloid dots that they sell, these literally work after a few hours with noticeable reduction in redness and size of the pimple. I get some pretty bad cystic pimples and the last time, the dermatologist recommended that I have need to have a steroid injection into it to shrink but I tried this instead. After a few days (literally I had a giant growing cyst on my face for three months), I noticed it finally shrinking and draining. It took about two weeks and two packets of the product but this was the cheapest and fastest solution that I have tried. The only negative thing that I noticed was more scaring/blemishes after using this product. The regular ones, while they take forever to work, did not scar or leave blemishes on my face so I guess you have to weigh the benefits. If you only get occasional large pimples, I think using this once or twice on it would be magical. However, long term twice I wouldn’t recommend.

Helps shorten time with stubborn acne, but not a one-and-done patch.
So I wanted to wait until I've had to use these patches a couple of times before I left my review. I get really deep and painful acne on my chin (thanks to wearing masks all the time) and I was hoping that these stickers would help. I use Rael's regular acne patches (work so well, I love them) so I wanted to give these a try. They definitely keep your blemish hydrated and you can feel the tiny needles (not painful) as you press it on. It might be due to the composition of the patch or the size of my zits but the sticker doesn't always adhere beautifully. After going through 3 pimples, I will say, they have certainly helped diminish the time it takes to get rid of a stubborn deep pimple, but it doesn't magically get rid of it overnight unfortunately. You still have to be patient. This patch brought one of my very deep zits to the surface which alleviated the pain so I could then pop it a tiny bit. The last zit I used it on, it helped diminish the size over time and keep it hydrated for minimal scarring. Overall, I would say they work pretty well, but I wish they were a little less expensive since it is not a one-and-done situation.

These are magical!
I had to see it myself to believe it, but these are truly magic. I started out with the 9-pack because I was skeptical, but I will definitely be ordering more.I am a woman in my 50s, and I don't often get pimples, but when I do, they are the deep, hard, painful, cystic type that never come to a head. They can lurk below the surface for weeks or months, sometimes flaring up and getting really red and painful, and other times just being a lump I can see/feel below the surface. Using most over-the-counter acne lotions didn't affect the cyst, and left the surface dry, crusty, and scabby. When the cyst finally went away, it would often leave a scar. Most recently, I've had one of these cysts on my cheek for over six weeks. At times, it was so painful that the throbbing would wake me up/keep me up at night. I'd have to hold an icepack on it to try to reduce the swelling and pain. I was finally about ready to make an appointment with a dermatologist, although the creams and lotions they have prescribed in the past have been expensive and haven't been very helpful. When I was searching the internet for home remedies for cystic acne, I stumbled upon these patches. As a last resort, I thought I'd try them a try.I received my order yesterday and tried one patch right away, but admittedly, I screwed it up. After removing the large circle from the square backing, I thought that the smaller circle was another covering that needed to be peeled off. I figured out that this smaller circle was the "microneedle" part, so I tried to piece it back together. The first patch worked somewhat, but I clearly didn't do it right. Then I tried a second patch, this time doing it correctly. Pressing the microneedle for five seconds as directed felt sort of like pressing velcro into my skin, not painful. I felt very minor tingling while wearing the patch; again, not painful, but sort of like a little tickle or itch. After two hours, the patch was bulging with liquid extracted from the cyst. I used a third patch with the same result. After three patches and about 8 hours later, my cyst is almost entirely gone, without any redness or flakiness. Now I'm kicking myself that I've been living with this stupid enormous zit in the middle of my face for weeks when it could have been dissolved in a day had I acted on this sooner.Simply amazing!
